Phoenix 10 Unit #813...You will absolutely love the location of this condo! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-font condo is located directly on the ocean and steps away from the famous Flora-Bama!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining area for your family. And, the living room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Everything you'll need for a fabulous vacation!

The views from this balcony are fantastic! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to that view every morning! Enjoy it while sipping your coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine. That's what it's all about!

Absolutely beautiful view! Was exactly as described. It was nice to have a recliner and very comfortable couch, bed was also comfortable as I have a bad back so it was important factor for me so I was cofortable and even stayed an extra night which never happens as Im normally miserable after 2 nights. Felt like home, made me want to move here. The property manager Melissa was awesome also, super fast with response when we needed her. Highly recommend and we will stay here again.

Great option for Orange Beach

We enjoyed a spring break stay at this condo. The condo was clean and nicely appointed, and the amenities at Phoenix X are great. Communication with the rental company was excellent, check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area, thank you!

Ocean South Properties did an awesome job of sending us updates, tips and checking in on us after we arrived. The facilities and location were awesome. We would definitely recommend Phoenix X for anyone looking to book their next vacation.

Very nice condo at a great location.

Our group of 6 adults and two children enjoyed our stay. The condo definitely fit our needs and the location was great especially being next door to Flora-Bama and other restaurants. The only negative was that the sofa bed mattress needed to be replaced.

This place was perfect!! Even bigger than the pictures appeared online. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size! Balcony had an awesome view of the water! Elevators were quick and easy. 6 adults and a baby stayed comfortably here! 10/10 BOOK IT!!

We were only there two 4 days and 2 of them they had to do maintenance updates. e

I would like to stay there again and bring the kids. Without interruptions. I understand it was the slow seasons and probable didn't want to do maintenance updates during the busy season. It just kind of sucks for us. Love the condo and location though.

Great Condo!

This condo was great...beautiful view from the balcony, located next to the Flora-Bama, which is exactly why we chose it. Beach in front of condo was perfect, but chair rentals were $55/day, so bring your own beach chair! Pools were awesome, very clean, and staff was extremely helpful. Melissa was a dream to work with, handled the rental procedures flawlessly! Inside the condo, kitchen/bathrooms were beautifully updated, but the rest of the furniture/decor had seen better days. The mattresses left MUCH to be desired... we referred to them as 'tacos', because two people in the bed would immediately roll to the center... My back is still a bit achy. Also, (this is NO reflection on the quality of the rental or the owner) housekeeping was very inadequate. I understand that high humidity levels at the beach tend to quickly breed mildew, but there were mildewed shower curtain liners, and after taking a shower and walking around barefoot inside the condo, our feet were smudged black within minutes. There were also greasy smudges left on the sliding glass doors. Ewww.

Phoenix X is our favorite spot because it is right next door to Flora Bama and we can just walk to enjoy the music. The condo was accommodating with all amenities except beach toys for the kids. We left the ones we bought so the next guests could enjoy them. The place was clean. This is our second year at Phoenix X. We love it

Great location, a lot of space for the price

The location, right next door to the Florabama, was amazing. We could walk on the beach back and forth several times a day to hear some great music and have a few drinks. The place was large. But definitely getting a little shabby. The master bedroom floor is cracked. The beds are mattress only, not box spring, so not comfortable. The sheets could be upgraded.
