About this property

PLEASE NOTE: Installation of new entry doors will begin on April 10th. They will begin on the top floor. This unit is located on the 8th floor and the timeline for those doors is April 26th to May 5th. The entire project should be completed by May 24th. Minimal noise and construction dust should be expected. Units will not be blocked.

Phoenix 10 Unit #813...You will absolutely love the location of this condo! This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath gulf-font condo is located directly on the ocean and steps away from the famous Flora-Bama!

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. We have a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig! There is plenty of seating at the bar and in the dining area for your family. And, the living room has lots of seating and a flat screen TV for your enjoyment!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two full-sized beds and the third bedroom has a queen. Everything you'll need for a fabulous vacation!

The views from this balcony are fantastic! There is access to the balcony from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Imagine waking up to that view every morning! Enjoy it while sipping your coffee in the morning or an evening glass of wine. That's what it's all about!

Great option for Orange Beach

We enjoyed a spring break stay at this condo. The condo was clean and nicely appointed, and the amenities at Phoenix X are great. Communication with the rental company was excellent, check in and out were a breeze. Would definitely consider staying again if in the area, thank you!
