This beautiful 7th-floor condo at Phoenix East II can be just the spot for your next family beach vacation. Enjoy amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Alabama Point. Watch boats as they head out & return through Perdido Pass.

Phoenix East II is a low-density property that offers a quiet respite away from the crowds. It’s situated along a beautiful "dead-end" stretch of the coastline (hence fewer people) and is just minutes to outstanding restaurants, shopping, and all the activities and entertainment the area has to offer.

The condo can host up to 10 guests and features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths, as follows:

- Primary bedroom with king size bed, private full bath, views of the beach and access to the balcony.

- Secondary bedroom with king size bed.

- Third bedroom (sleeps 6) with 2 bunk beds. Each bunk has a twin over full-size bed.

- 2nd full bath off hallway.

The condo also boasts a spacious living room, featuring a new leather sectional with 3 built-in recliners; a large flat-screen television; a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the utensils you need to make meal prep a breeze; free WiFi; and a large furnished balcony where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise.

You'll also have access to all the onsite amenities, including direct beach access, the outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area and sauna.

Up to two parking passes can be purchased for $55 each. A separate link will be sent to you to buy passes online in advance of your arrival. Wristbands to use all the property amenities are free of charge.

Beautiful condo with really nice furnishings. Sectional sofa with three reclining seats was wonderful! Everything was clean. Sounds silly but it was nice to have k cups, salt, and pepper provided by the host.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were only there for 1 night so we didn’t utilize everything, but it was fully stocked with whatever we could have needed. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. We took 8 girls for my daughter’s 13th birthday, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The view was amazing!

Great Condo!

Beautiful condo right on Orange Beach! It's updated and very nice! The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen needs a large skillet, but is well equipped otherwise. Communication with the owner was prompt, helpful, and friendly. We had a very happy vacation stay in this property.

Great location and condo!

We had a great stay and would recommend the rental to groups of friends or families. Lots of space, beds for everyone, and the living room and couch were perfect for our group of 6 when we were stuck inside with rain.

SUPER CLEAN, not one grain of sand on the floor or in the beds, nice bathrooms, comfortable beds. I knew the kids would love the special bunk beds and they did not disappoint. Extra blankets were nice. Pool was great! It’s not far to walk to the water. Fishing off the beach was really good in this area

Weekend Getaway

Went for the weekend with my sister and daughters to relax after finals week for the girls. Area was really quiet and relaxing. Condo was exactly as described and owner was easy to get a hold of. Booked based on good reviews and it did not disappoint. Definitely will book again when we are back in the area.

Fantastic family vacation

Great, modern unit with an incredibly attentive host. Plenty of space for the six of us and the well-stocked kitchen (coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, blender and plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware) made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

Perfect Beach Condo

We stayed at this very comfortable condo 4th of July Weekend.The condo had everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach. The communication with Nikki was fantastic. We lucked out and a front row seat to the fireworks on the beach from the balcony. We will definitely be back
