Turquoise Place Luxury!

Turquoise Place is the premier resort on the gulf coast. Amenities include a lazy river, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, steam room, sauna and a complete fitness center.

Please note: secondary outdoor pool is currently closed as a safety precaution due to construction of new amenities deck adjacent to the pool location. All other pools/amenities remain open; please contact with questions. Thank you!

Our beautiful 17th floor unit has breathtaking views of the gulf and orange beach pass. You can enjoy grilling on the balcony or having refreshments in the hot tub in TOTAL PRIVACY. Unlike units on the west side of tower C, no one can view our totally private balcony. Our unit also includes a Keurig for your morning coffee enjoyment.

**Please note parking is not included in pricing and is a one-time $50 per vehicle for the the first two vehicles. This is payable to Turquoise Place in advance of your arrival. Payment is collected separately and is not collected through VRBO. If you will be traveling with more than 2 vehicles please inquire about options for parking a third vehicle**

Minimum age to rent condo is 25 and someone 25 or older must stay at the unit.

**Please note that we cannot accommodate check out dates on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day**

Gulf shores first stay

Our family enjoyed this condo, there was room for everyone to spread out. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was exactly as advertised, no surprises. We would recommend it to anyone traveling to the Gulf ShoresOrange Beach area.

Spacious with beautiful views!

This condo was perfect for our family of six. Bedrooms were spacious, each with its own spacious bathroom. Beds were comfortable! Living area was spacious as well with comfortable furniture. Kitchen and dining offered plenty of room for cooking and meals. The dining table was perfect for games. The large 17th-floor balcony was great for outdoor grilling and also offered plenty of space for eating outdoors or to simply relax & take in the gorgeous sights and sounds of Orange Beach & gulf waters. A quick ride down the elevator and short walk on the private boardwalk lead to the powdery white sands. Lounge chairs & umbrellas are available for rent just in front of the resort. The resort includes two beautiful outdoor pools, indoor pool, water slide, lazy river, tennis courts, hot tub, sauna, & fitness room. We enjoyed the food, drinks, and live music at the “Change of Pace” tiki bar. The resort is located near many restaurants. One day, we arranged a fishing boat & guide at a nearby Marina. Kate, our host, was so very helpful to answer any questions. Communication re: resort info, condo, check-in/departure was prompt and thorough. Our stay could not have been better!

Quick Summer Vacay

Beautiful property. Lots of amenities to enjoy. Really no need to venture outside of the complex. The only problem we had was the master bathroom shower had low pressure, and the hot water didn't last long. Other than that view is spectacular the hottub is great. uncooperative weather - still a great stay!!

The weather was not hospitable but we still had a great time. The hot tub on the balcony was incredible. The resort activities were perfect. The area has so much to explore. And THE BEACH, clouds or sunshine, is fabulous!!

The room was very clean and spacious! The kids favorite part was the hot tub on the balcony. We were close by restaurant and shopping centers, which made grocery runs very quick. Would definitely come back.

Luxurious Vacation

We were very pleased with the condo. The description is accurate of what is offered with this unit. The host was very easy to contact and very responsive to answer our questions. Our stay was an extended one and we had a couple of our families rotate in to spend time with us. The grandkids had a great time on the beach and also participating in some of the Turquoise Place activities. The hot tub and gas grill on the patio were used often. The "beach buzz" by the Blue Angels upon their return to the base in Pensacola was awesome. We are looking forward to our stay in 2025.

Turquoise Place Holiday Family Fun

This property did not disappoint! If you are looking for a great place to enjoy a holiday get away with your family, this is it! We played games, did puzzles, watched football and cooked our meals. Our 1 year old grand baby loved swimming in the big bathtub and all of the adults had their own private spaces! Sunrises and Sunsets were stunning from the balcony! The hot tub on the balcony was a real treat and the indoor pool is perfect. The fitness gym was used every day by our son. Walking on the beach was a little cool but the sun was bright almost every day. You can't go wrong with this condo for a family to have some vacation time together!

Awesome Condo and Owner to work with...

This was the second time that we have stayed in this beautiful condo. We had a group of nine and had plenty of room. The view from the balcony is stunning, with a hot tub and tv to watch. The grill is very nice to have also. This condo has everything to make your vacation totally awesome. Kate has always been super to work with. She always answers your questions in a timely manner. And the beach and Turquoise Place is the best anywhere!!!
