This place was amazing, great location, fabulous view and Decor. I would booked this again. I have booked a lot of places in Orange Beach and Gulf shores but none like this one, this well maintained place is just the type of vacation you dream of short or long stay.

Core Memory Family Vacation

This unit is incredible. We traveled with our two kids (7 and 9), my sister and her husband, and my mother. The space is bigger than it looks in pictures and our whole crew loved it. Check in was easy, the resort is fabulous, and the owner is super responsive and lovely. We will be back, highly recommend!!!!

Perfect for large families

We went with a large group. Each family was able to have their own bedroom/bathroom and there was plenty of seating in the common areas! Big enough that we all still like each other after a week together! Property owner is super responsive and caring.

This property is unbelievable! It was like being at a luxury resort. The rooms were spacious and each bedroom had a full bath. The master was fabulous with access to the main balcony and a shower out of this world. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Didnt want to leave.

I can not go on enough with how perfect this condo is! The owner is kind and helpful, the condo is clean and very spacious, perfect for a family. Everyone has somewhere to sit and hang out in the living room. The rooms have awesome views and accommodates everyone. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful! We take an annual family vacation with our whole family including spouses and all grandkids. This property was perfect. Condo was great!!

This condo was exceptional. The beach was great and the people were so nice and welcoming. The only problem we had was my sister fell on the slippery floor outside the elevator. My husband fell the next day. There are plenty of signs but the floor is dangerous

Beach Trip June 2025

The only positive was that the condo was large and spacious which provided plenty of room our group. Other than that the cleanliness was less than ideal. There was a red solo cup left in the ice machine and various toys and trash left under the furniture. The owner only provided the BARE minimum for toiletries, towels etc (one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one towel per bathroom). This made us have to travel to Publix every morning to pick up these items.The owner accused us of breaking a couple of outdoor patio chairs. We discussed as a group and came to the conclusion that no one in our group broke these chairs. We barely even spent any time on the outdoor patio. After telling disputing with the owner then charged our credit card 500 unbeknownst to our group. This was done without any discussion from the owner. We did have a positive interaction with the security of the building. I lost my sunglasses and the security director helped us track them down. Other than that, I don’t believe we will ever stay at the turquoise place again.
