Welcome to Phoenix West 1601, located in beautiful Orange Beach, AL. This spacious and luxurious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath condo is the perfect place for your next beach vacation, comfortably sleeping 11 guests.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, while two guest rooms each have a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for families or groups with bunk beds—the top and bottom are double beds, with a twin trundle.

The large living, dining, and kitchen area provides plenty of seating for everyone to relax and catch up. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine for your morning brew. Step outside onto the wrap-around balcony where you can choose between sun or shade while taking in the breathtaking views.

Upon entering the unit, you’re greeted with the feeling of a luxurious stay, embracing beach life and comfort.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix West offers a range of amenities for a fulfilling beach vacation. This complex features a lazy river and twisty water slide, catering to fun for all ages. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

Great Condo for a Family Vacation

This condo has a great layout. The kids loved the bunk beds. It has a spacious living /dining/ kitchen area with lots of widows, seating, and a very large balcony. It is very well furnished and the tastefully decorated.

Spectacular!

We stayed here with our family of 11 for our annual beach vacation. The property was huge and absolutely breathtaking. Loved the huge great room and wraparound balcony. Bedrooms, other than primary, were a little small but we didn’t spend much time there anyway. The kitchen was very well appointed, more so than any other property we’ve ever rented. Best condo we’ve ever rented in Orange Beach!

Great Spring Break Property for Family

This property was perfect for our family.....us, kids and grandkids. Spacious living area, great kitchen, and the facility is first rate. The weather was quite cool so it was nice to have the indoor pool. We had a wonderful week and would definitely re-book this property. Thank you!

Large Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the property. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. Kevin was great to communicate with and always responded quickly. The check in process was very simple. The condo was perfect for our large family. The pools and lazy river were great for the kids and adults as well. The community area was really enjoyable and not overly touristy. We had several great options for fresh seafood just minutes away. I would highly recommend this rental.

Spacious with a view!

The condo was so spacious and inviting! We had 4 couples. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was priceless! The view of the ocean is stunning! We cooked several meals as the kitchen has everything you need. We would definitely stay here again. Kevin is quick at responding to any questions you have. Check out is super easy too!

Spacious and lovely

This place was great. The huge balcony is definitely the selling point, though the rest of the unit was amazing as well. Nice large kitchen, plenty of beds and bathrooms, good view (no high rise unit next door, so you can see all the way down the beach), and just steps away from 2 indoor hot tubs, an indoor pool, and outdoor lazy river, outdoor pool, outdoor kiddy pool, and most importantly, the beach! Would stay again next time I'm traveling with a large group.

Amazing views, great amenities, and good location

This unit was perfect for our group of 9. There is ample space so that no one felt crowded. The balcony was amazing!! Unit was in good working order and was as expected. Nothing better than being right on the beach and being next to several restaurants and stores.

Perfect!

This place was absolutely perfect for our weekend girls' trip in! As moms of little ones, we were all looking forward to a good night's sleep while away. All of our beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. The balcony was huge and had gorgeous views of the beach and sunsets. We are looking forward to staying here every year :)

Great Place

This was our first family vacation together and it was great mainly because the condo accommodated a family of 8 adults and 5 children (2 babies)!! The floor plan was great, the kids had lots of space to have fun and the view of the ocean was amazing from every room. The kitchen had everything you needed as well as the bathrooms and a added bonus washer and dryer! If we ever go back to Orange Beach we will definetly try to get this condo.

Loved the property. The condo was very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Some of the light bulbs were burn out and no vacuum that worked. Thought the rugs and carpets needed a good cleaning. Overall enjoyed our stay.

A Family Wedding

My oldest nephew was married last Saturday and 4 generations of my family stayed in 1601 Phoenix West. From the online pictures my expectations were high, but I was blown away. Everything about it was perfect for our family and the event. My only problem is how to top this with the next family vacation.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed this unit and were generally pleased with the accommodations, including the cleanliness. Our only complaint was that the bottoms of the table on the patio was breaking apart due to rust and left a lot of small debris which caused a mess on the floor on the occasions when we used the table.
