This top-of-the-line unit has custom upgrades you will not find in any other unit at Phoenix West. It is located on the 11th floor and has gorgeous views of the Gulf for miles!

As you enter the doors, you will immediately notice the fantastic faux-painted walls that add warmth and luxury throughout the unit. The owners have spared no expense with the travertine floors, custom cabinets, backsplash, and stainless appliances, as well as a Jenn Air built-in refrigerator. Customized alcoves were designed to showcase some art, and the customized built-in entertainment center sets off the enclosed 60” flat-screen television and electric fireplace. Every light fixture, ceiling fan, and bathroom cabinetry has been made especially for this unit! The dining room has even been enlarged to accommodate a larger dining table. The beautiful wet bar has not only an ice maker but a wine cooler as well. The comfortable patio furniture is perfect for enjoying the views!

The primary suite offers a large king bed and a beautiful customized primary bath with a jetted tub and separate oversized glass shower. The first guest bedroom has 2 double beds and also offers a large full bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and again comes with a full bath. The additional full bath is located in the hall, which makes 4 full baths for your convenience. This is truly a one-of-a-kind unit, and we would love to share it with you!

Parking passes are purchased at the time of arrival for $52.00 + tax each (limit 2) for the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than 30 days must purchase additional parking credentials for each 30-day period.

***Minimum age of 25 years of age to reserve and must be present during the stay.

***No pets.

***Phoenix West is a non-smoking complex. Smoking is forbidden on the property or on balconies.

***Monthly rentals from December to the first week in March. Please contact us directly for rates. Thank you.

Very old and worn

The bones of the unit was good. Carpet in bedrooms may have been clean but so worn you could not tell. Copper sinks were gross. Most of furniture in den was so worn out was uncomfortable and raggedy. Master bed had rubber type mattress pad that crackled with each move. Too much money for this stay

Great vacation location!

The unit we stayed in was beautifuly decorated. The view from the balcony was amazing and the Lazy River was super cool! The bedding could be updated and the carpet in all three bedrooms was VERY dirty and probably should be replaced. Otherwise we were very satisfied.
