Come see why this Phoenix West condo is the best for your family!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 5th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix West. Avoid the elevators and park directly on this floor. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious, with plenty of room for all in your party to spread out! In 2024 we added new mattresses, reclining chairs in the living room, and new balcony chairs. We've updated our bedding to "white linen" meaning all sheets and quilts are replaced with each stay ensuring clean beds upon your arrival. Also, we've replaced all mattresses and box springs in 2025!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” SMART TV in living room, a 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" HDTV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. We have also put in a new sectional sofa in the living room that can make out to a queen bed should you need the extra bed.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Wonderful vacation

The condo was so beautiful, nice and clean the pool and beach was so easy to get to. When you have kids it is greatly appreciated to be able to go to the pool and beach hassle free. We definitely look forward to vacationing here again

Very aggravating to try to complete this review. Have to continue to answer this and over and over

Condo was excellent for our family. Great time and great stay. Only downside is trying to use the elevator. We used the stairs most often and stayed ahead of those trying to use the elevator. Also, since we didn’t book through Brett-Robinson we were not eligible to purchase an overflow parking pass. People that booked through Phoenix weren’t able to get one.

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.

There were huge dips in the beds, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds. Also the floors were not very clean as our feet were black from just walking around in the condo. Other than that everything was nice!

The furniture is old and worn out: the legs are bent on the couch and chairs, the patio chairs were worn out, etc. The condo was left a little on the dirty side with a bag left from the cleaning crew and a clogged bathtub. (Easy fixes). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again, and hopefully by then there will be new or fixed furniture!

Both of our children had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was a huge plus for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable. We did have a couple of items that needed repaired. We told the front desk but unfortunately, they were not fixed during our stay. We needed a new bulb for the master bath toilet area and the microwave did not have the glass plate so we were not able to use the microwave. It would have been nice to have had those items fixed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our breakfast and to view the sunsets.

The mattresses on all the beds and the two living room chairs are in dire need to be replaced. They are in really bad shape. The condos appearance when arriving was it was very clean but after walking on the floors barefoot for about 10 minutes your feet were black. Other than the floor being dirty the rest of it was great. This was our second year staying in this unit and we love it. Hoping there will be updates made so we can book the same unit next year for our girls trip.

In the Master Bath, there was a horrible high-pitched humming sound in the ceiling. We believe it was coming from the condo above, maybe their HVAC system because it would be mostly on, but sometimes quiet. We had to keep the bathroom fan running & door shut to try to drown it out. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our family. Management didn’t check wristbands all week, then on Friday morning as I was going to put chairs out, a very rude older man would not let me enter the pool area w/o my band. I said it’s one thing to say no, but there’s no need to be rude & he smarted off to me again. Ironically when I came back down with my wristband, no one was monitoring the gate for the remainder of the day. 😂 They decided to maintenance elevators during the peak use time (4 elevators for 27 floors) which created long wait times. Without those 2 negatives, all would have been 5 stars.

Unit on 5th Floor..were able to park on 5th and go straight to room from garage.Unit clean and fresh. Beautiful Gulf view!Had problems with Master TV box, but resolved quickly. Good communication with Phoenix Rentals staff!!
