Oasis 2415, formerly known as Phoenix West II 2415



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 70'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The North facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have two queen beds and there is a sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 12.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Beach access is quick and easy. Other water amenities are perfect for kiddos. There is an area to store beach equipment for up to 7days so you don’t have to walk it up and down. The condo had everything we needed for meals and was very spacious and comfy

Very nice resort with great amenities including pool, water slide, lazy river, and pickleball. I really appreciated the covered parking. Consider booking a lower floor so you can use the stairs. There were always long lines at the elevators during mornings, afternoons, and check-ins/outs.

Great property! Would definitely stay again!

Property was perfect for our group that included 6 adults and 3 children. Easy walk to the beach, kids loved the waterslide at the outdoor pool and warmth of the indoor pool. We also got plenty of use out of the Pickleball courts. Condo was clean and spacious. The 4 full baths came in handy. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was amazing! It was perfect for the entire family!( 7 adults, 3 grandkids) The amenities were great! There is entertainment for all ages! My grandkids loved the splash pad. There is a kid pool, adult pool and indoor pool. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Each bedroom has a bathroom, along with a main bathroom. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Check in process was very simple and smooth. We will definitely be booking again next year!!

Very clean, and spacious! We had a great experience! The owner was easy to get in touch with and answered in a timely manner. We even had a toilet not working and the owner had a maintenance man out there to fix it within 12 hours! I would recommend this condo to anyone. Easy access to the elevators as well!

Unit was beautiful and clean, resort had amenities for all ages… the lazy river and splash pad were our favorites. Elevators were very busy during check-in time. Also with the unit having 3 bedrooms with had 3 families traveling from different locations. The unit only slowed 2 parking passes so one car had to pay to park off site for 2 nights which was inconvenient.

Beautiful condo! Was looking for a beautiful condo for a much needed girls trip. It was perfect! 5 old friends from High School that had not seen each other for 5 years. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and be in the most gorgeous beach in Orange Beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities we would need. Our only problem was with the elevators. We had to wait 1 1/2 HOURS for an elevator to be available and empty for our exit. One of the elevators were not working, out of 6. We were on the 24th floor, so I do understand waiting a bit, but this was unlike anything we had ever experienced in 45 years of going to the beach.

Great location, very spacious. Over 21 only pool was a great bonus. It was clean, just not super clean. Confetti still present from was seems to be a bachelorette party. Light in master water closet did not work and a few others flickered. Just need a little more attention.

Family vacation

Wonderful unit in a property on the beach. My partner and I, my adult son and daughter, granddaughter and her father were very comfortable. We have great beach equipment, but had to go past all the rental spots to use it. Sand was beautiful, waves were active, and sun was warm and bright! Great trip.

Vacation in October

The condo was nice. The back bedroom did not receive any air-conditioning and it was hot during this stay. They did not have bed sheets or blankets or pillows for the fold out bed and it took a day before we could get those. The lazy river was not kept clean. The water was kind of filthy. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.

Condo great…property and management a deal breakey

Wish this condo was at another location, it was pleasant. The check in process took 1 1/2 hours….the elevators were slow and clearly not enough for the building. The parking for a 3 bedroom condo was not adequate. The pools were dirty. The woman at the desk was rude and not accommodating. Will never go back

Condo had so much space and was perfect for my family

Check-in was easy. We bought our vehicle decals and received our wristbands. There are about 6 elevators to accommodate. The wait for elevator was not terrible during the week, but once the weekend came it was long specially during out and Check-in times. The kids took advantage of the outdoor pool indoor pool, and the lazy river. Plus there are plenty of hot tubs. We liked the late open hours of the pool. Some of us went to the sauna room in the mornings. We also grilled out one day. Plenty of grills to use. One of our family memebers loved the 21yo and older pool. Spent quiet time there without the young kiddos reading books. Overall we lived it. Definitely recommend.

The apartment itself is quite spacious and tastefully decorated. However, it is not very well equipped, providing only the bare minimum for your stay. Additionally, the higher up you go in the building, the noisier it becomes due to the AC unit located on the rooftop terrace. I stayed in the 24th floor and it was annoying noisy enough (there are 32 floors in the Phoenix West II) Regarding the check-out process, I'm not exactly sure how the building management handles it, but it can be quite a nightmare. The building accommodates a large number of people, and everyone is required to check out at the same time, which is 10 am. This results in significant congestion, especially when trying to catch an empty elevator to the garage, often leading to frustrating wait times of up to 45 minutes. It's been quite a disappointing experience.
