Phoenix West II now The Oasis at Orange Beach, Luxury Condominium

A 1950 square foot, three bedroom four bath luxury condo that is Gulf facing and all tiled. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed with an adjoining bathroom featuring a separate double shower, Jacuzzi tub and double sinks with granite counter tops. The second bedroom has two queen beds and the third has two double beds. All bedrooms have attached baths. Living Room and all Bedrooms have Smart TVs; 60' in the Living Room and 40' in the Bedrooms. The Living Room also has DVR, Cable, DVD and CD players and Sony Stereo with iPod and USB inputs. There is an extra HDMI hookup for a gaming console. The private balcony overlooks the Gulf and white sand beaches. The condo is located on the 24th floor and provides an excellent perch for viewing marine life through the clear Gulf waters. This is the thing we love most about this condo. You can see the schools of fish and dolphins through the water as they swim past. Bring your camera with a polarized lens for the best pictures. After 4 years of looking, we decided on this condo because it has everything; a great exercise facility, lazy river on the Gulf, large indoor and outdoor pools, is steps from the beach, not to mention the saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and tennis courts. The condominium has an adult pool, an adult, and children pool, lazy river, and an all-weather exceptionally large heated indoor pool. There is also a new and exceptionally nice children's splash pad. There is a large, covered barbecue area and a new poolside restaurant. There are also Tennis, pickle ball and Basketball courts, and an amusement game room.

The beach view from the balcony was stunning. I could have sat out on the balcony every day. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We didn’t like the elevators. They were real slow at times.

New Years at 2409

Great vacation home, with wonderful views for winter sunrise and sunset. We enjoyed our stay for New Years and saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. Highly recommend staying here any time of the year.

Very nice spacious clean condo

Excellent stay!

Condo was very clean and just as advertised. We all enjoyed the lazy river and the kids enjoyed the water slide and splash pad. The only negative is the elevators sometime had a long wait time especially during check in or check out times. The condo is in a great location and has plenty of parking. The owners were very responsive to questions and messages. Overall a wonderful stay and would stay again!

Perfection!

This was our first trip to orange beach/gulf shores area. What a beautiful property and such a nice set up with the lazy River, pools and the kids favorite (water slide). Lots of things to do outside of the condo area also. The owners were fabulous communicating via both email and text. I highly recommend their property for your tropical retreat. We will be back!

Comfy and great view

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Our family of 9 had ample space and bathrooms. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves and coming out early in the morning to sip coffee while looking for sea life. We were able to see dolphins, fish and sting ray. We had a lovely stay and we hope to come back soon! ***I will mention that we did have issues as the elevators got really busy and the stairwells are not air conditioned. We really only had one experience where we waited about 30 minutes to use an elevator but the staff were courteous and got it sorted out as quickly as they could.

staycation at the beach

We normally vacation in Florida but this year we decided to try some where new and chose this location. I have to say we were very happy with the location and this rental. It was just as shown online and more. The view was great, every morning you could see stingrays and dolphins from the balcony. Even though there was not much open due to the covid19 we were still able to try some of the local restaurants for take out and the food was good and we were still able to enjoy the beach making the stay enjoyable. The only suggestion we would have would be to update the outlets to include USB ports. We would come back to this area again for another family vacation. Garrison family.

Condo unit 2409-Summer vacay

The unit was just as described… it was very spacious, clean, and well kept. The condo, itself, had something for the whole family. The pools and lazy river were a BIG hit! I was a little worried about being up so high, but the view of the ocean was spectacular. The time that we were there, it was not extremely crowded and the wait for an elevator was very short. The only suggestion I have for this specific unit….please provide a broom. The vacuum was great, but I didn’t want to wake everyone by vacuuming. A broom would have been much better. Also, add a few more pans for cooking, skillets and such. Otherwise, It was perfect!!

Phoenix West II is a family friend facility

Love the lazy river and the slide. Our room was well maintained and very user friendly. The only small complaint I have about the Phoenix West II concerns the fitness center. I use the fitness center daily while staying at the property and appreciate the quality of the equipment. Thank you. I do question why the fitness center has hours posted (7:00 am to 10:00 pm). For those of us who are accustomed to early morning workouts, 7:00 am is a late start. Seems like you should be able to use the fitness center whenever you wish to use it, especially since a code and bracelet are required to enter.the facility.

Couldn't Ask for a Better Condo, Facility or Location!

Perfect! That sums it up! The location is convenient to area attractions, but not abreast of all the other high rise condos making for a quieter beach experience. The condo is VERY well-equipped, clean and nicely furnished. And the pictures on the website do not do justice to the view! Phoneix West II has wonderful amenities and everyone in our group found something special to enjoy. From the sauna to the hot tubs, large indoor pool, outdoor grilling area, and exercise room, everything was well maintained and clean. The presence of security guards gave us peace of mind as our teenagers enjoyed the facilities in the evenings. We especially enjoyed hiking the series of nature trails with convenient access across the street. Next time we will bring our bikes! Dennis and Cindy have thought of everything. No need to look further. You couldn't do better!

The Condo, location and owners are all excellent. Views from the unit are the best.

For myself, watching the ocean and aquatic life was the best from the unit balcony. We could see schools of fish, dolphins and sting rays all from the balcony. Take binoculars! It is a spacious and clean unit, and the amenities are fantastic for kids. The boys loved the indoor pool and basketball at night. The teenage girls took advantage of the hot tubs on the upper floor. My husband was pleased with the workout room. We walked a lot on the beach, especially for sunrise and sunset. Both, though, are possible from the unit in November. The only complaint was the sheets don't fit the beds (too small on king for sure). Another reminder is places close early during off season (arcades especially), and dolphin tours are too late in the afternoons because it gets dark so early. We would definitely rent this unit again during off season. Thank you to the owners for being organized and communicative. It was a blessing to stay there.

My wife and I are both native New Orleanians. She is a special education teacher and I work as an engineer. My wife has spent nearly every summer vacation in Orange Beach since she was a child and loves the area. I enjoy sailing and since we purchased the condo I am looking forward to moving my boat to one of the local marinas and sailing the area whenever I have a chance.

Why they chose this property

This is one of the best, if not the best overall property in Orange Beach. It is certainly the newest. As an engineer, I was impressed with the construction. The building and attached garage is 100% reinforced concrete. There are solid concrete walls between every condo which makes the condos very quiet. There is no structural wood in the complex including the interior walls in the condos. The entire building and each condo, has a sprinkler system. There are a total of 8 high speed elevators which can travel the 30 floors in just over 30 seconds..... Well, that was the engineer speaking. From a vacation stand point this building has every possible amenity and is located just steps from the Gulf and beautiful white sand beaches.

What makes this property unique

The 24th floor is great for fish and dolphin watching from the balcony. At this height you can peer down into clear Gulf water. The floor is high enough to mitigate crowd noise, but retain the sound of the surf, allowing peaceful viewing of the Gulf from the private balcony. There is also an element of privacy.
