Enjoy the 2,275 sq foot condo 4 bedroom 4 bath.

This unit is located on the 22nd floor.

4th Bedroom - Area is not enclosed. This area is a separate area in Condo that has twin bunk beds.

Also there is a pull out queen sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms have cable and Smart flatscreen TVs.

This unit faces north with glorious views of the national park and limited views of the ocean and beach, as seen in pictures.

The Oasis of Orange Beach makes sure your stay is enjoyable. During the off season the main floor is set up for a large assortment of games, puzzles, DVDs, and books. They also set up events such as movie nights, devotions, and many more events to keep the guest entertained.

Other attractions to enjoy onsite - the beach, large indoor heated pool, fitness room, sauna, your choice of 6 hot tubs, putting green, adult pool, bar & grill, self grilling area, pickleball, and tennis courts, bar and grill, adults only pool, live music (during scheduled times) and more!!

Within walking distance of the state park trails, various restaurants and shopping.

Unit has a fully stocked kitchen, high chair, Pack and Play, kids toy box and toys, PlayStation 4 with games, Approx 50 DVDs, and various card and board games.

Parking: When you arrive please stop at the front desk on the 2nd floor to purchase your parking pass. It is a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase 2 parking passes. We do have overflow parking which is typically used for the 3rd vehicle, however space is still limited. Should you wish to bring an extra vehicle, then you will have to find a public parking spot off-site to park at your own risk.

Security and staff onsite. Management and Maintenance company local and on call 24/7 to assist as needed.

Oasis has done a great job taking on the management of this property and making it one of the best in all of Orange Beach! So much to do here, especially if you have young kids and teenagers. Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect— right on the beach and a quick drive or Uber to everything we wanted to do—and the property itself was so much fun. The unit was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with comfy beds that made for a great night’s sleep. We especially loved the dedicated area where the kids could play video games, which was the perfect way for them to wind down at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Condo

This condo was amazing! From the views to the amenities to the location, everything was perfect! The complex is clean, safe and located within 10 minutes to everything. The pools, bar/grill and beach was everything we could have asked for. The condo itself was clean, spacious and great for our group. The owner gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants as well. We will definitely be back to stay!

Lovely and spacious

The unit we stayed in was great for our big family. We really enjoyed the accommodations and all of the resort amenities. The elevators can be tough to use at times, but otherwise we enjoyed everything!

Beach Trip 2024

Every year our family meets for a beach vacation. This was our first stay at Oasis . The condo was beautiful! The children throughly enjoyed the lazy river. We plan on returning next year. Our stay was awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rich's condo. He communicated with us early on, responded quickly to all our texts, and ensured we got checked in and that all was going well. His condo had everything we needed. It was clean (kudos to his cleaning folks!), well-appointed, roomy, and just the place we needed to enjoy Spring Break. ​Hello! My name is Rich. I am from a little town called Ohatchee, Alabama. Going on 23 years now, I have worked for an Automotive company. I am currently a Delivery Lead. I enjoy renovation projects, shooting guns, and fishing. I am married with 3 kiddo's. I purchased my condo in November of 2018. The first 10 months I used a management company but now have decided to try it myself. I think I can offer more reasonable rates to my customers and still maintain the profit needed to keep it looking nice. Feel free to ask me specific questions about my Condo.

Why they chose this property

I looked at several properties down the Gulf Coast. The Oasis of Orange Beach had two "wow" factors that I really liked. As soon as you walk into the lobby you see how large, well maintained, and nice the condo is. From all the additional seating areas for events to even the grand piano sitting in the middle told me that they spared no expense in maintaining an upscale place for people to stay. The next thing that stood out was the large indoor pool. I personally like going on the off season so this was something that appealed to me. Out of all the other Condo's I looked at, this indoor pool was by far the largest.

What makes this property unique

I have spent a lot of time trying to make sure the guests have the best home away from home experience that they can. You will find the interior has been decorated to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked. I check the pots, pans, dishes each time I go down (two times a year) and replace any worn or stained, chipped items. The balcony view faces north so you can see miles of the national forest, parts of the canal and even the beach and ocean from the side. There are so many amenities at The Oasis of Orange Beach. There is never a dull moment. I am always open to suggestions for decor and improvements that I can make. Please don't hold back and send me an email.
