This is the largest condo at Phoenix VI! A beautiful 4br unit with two large balconies overlooking the Gulf!



Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



Come relax on both spacious 15th Floor balconies with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from the living room and a separate balcony off the master bedroom!!! The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen bed. Also there is are two twin sized days beds with a trundle in the adjoining room from the Living room. We also have another Queen in a room between the master and 2nd bedroom. There is an open upscale kitchen and 4.5 baths and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase three parking pass and a maximum of 4 parking passes will be sold with this condo.

Perfect place

This was one of my favorite places I have stayed at. Very large and picture are accurate. Beautiful views elevator are new very clean. Will stay at this location again if available in the future. There is plenty of room for family’s. We loved it! Thank you for allowing is to stay in your condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was not ready as when they said it would be, that was a little disappointing. Dryer in condo was sooo loud and we were half afraid to keep using. At one point, there were 2 elevators down (total of 4) which made it awful to get to rooms. Besides these hiccups, our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. If it weren't for this, I would give 5 stars. Condo was huge, very clean, beds were pretty comfy. We loved the balcony and view - so beautiful. We would come back.

Christmas at the beach

This unit was everything we could have wanted or needed for a week away. With room for everyone to be together and yet have their own space. The kids were well entertained with all the amenities of the facility and the beach was perfect. Can’t wait to come back.

Incredible views sunrise and sunsets

Property was very clean. Check in was super easy. Plenty of room/seating for 11 adults. Because of how this building is seat it provides great views from east to west. Location is really good just not in walking distance to any grocery stores. Lazy river was very relaxing after a day playing in the waves and beach.

I found this property online many months ago, rented and everything fell into place. Looked just like the online pictures. Check in and access code simple.

This property was perfect for our large family of 13. Everyone had a bed and there were 4 1/2 baths. No rain the entire week. Management was very responsive to our questions and needs during our stay. Would recommend this property for your large family.

The view from the condo is absolutely amazing! The space in the condo was phenomenal! However, for the amount of money that we paid for 7 nights we expected cleanliness and better upgrades than what was there. The carpets in the bedrooms was disgusting and the spots on the white furniture was very uncomfortable. Dingy sheets on a couple beds and towels and washcloths should have been replaced. We had to wash all and clean to feel comfortable. The floors were Sandy and hairy nasty. Clearly was not mopped or even swept well. Long Hair on towels and dish towels. Whoever is cleaning is not doing their job correctly! This is not what we are use to or expected. We had to call twice to get an air filter changed that look like hadn’t been changed in 5 years! The dryer has a terrible very loud squeak. Definitely a lot of Other little things that should have been taken care of before we arrived. Broken tissue holder, broken oven knob etc. The place could be amazing with some love done to it! The pictures say a thousand words on line but in person it needs a really good cleaning and replacements.

Spacious Condo with Stunning View

Our card group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the lovely condo. Very well equipped kitchen and everyone enjoyed their comfortable beds. Balcony needs to be power washed. For those who love to play board games and cards, it would have been so nice to have a round or card table in the extra small room. Hard for four to play at the extra large table in the dining area. Also some of the plugs do not work. Overall though, it was a wonderful stay and very convenient to elevator & trash chute. Hope to return!

Property needs dryer maintenance, a new coffee maker and there was a problem with one of the showers. We had 2big clean-ups due to the coffee maker and 1shower not usable all week. We called maintenance and they were unable to fix shower or dryer. Dryer says to clean vent. Wouldn’t dry clothes/towels.

We have a large group with lots of kids- so the extra space is much needed. The kitchen is huge which works great for multiple families trying to cook. The 4 full bathrooms is also a huge plus for large groups. We had some cold days this year so we definitely utilized the condo more than normal. The indoor pool and hot tubs are a huge plus for the bad weather days. The condo is nicely stocked, but bring your own dish towels and dishrags if you have a big group bc minimal are provided. Clark is great to work with and responds immediately. We had no major concerns during the week. The view is amazing from the 15th floor. Only request I would have is more kid friendly dishes there. Lots of glass dishes so we used a bunch of paper plates/bowls bc we were nervous about our kids breaking dishes on the hard tile floor. We are looking forward to returning for a third year in a row next year!

Wonderful Condo

We stayed at this condo for five days with a family of 12. Our party included all ages, and we were very happy with the accommodations. Condo was as pictured. There were plenty of beds for everyone, with some people sleeping one to a bed, and we had a bed to spare! To address some previous negative reviews that I had read, the kitchen had plenty of dishes for every meal we cooked, including kid-friendly dishes and cups. We were able to cook biscuits and gravy, spaghetti, and a seafood boil. We were very surprised to find an air fryer, crockpot, two coffee pots, and a grill similar to a George Foreman in the unit. We had two issues while there, which each were addressed within one hour. All of the furniture (beds, couch, etc.) were comfortable and in good condition. There was a small game cabinet, which the kiddos appreciated. Each bedroom included a large screen TV, which was appreciated. The gate attendant was always friendly. There were plenty of carts available to transport luggage and groceries up to the unit. All there are four elevators on property, which we rarely had to wait for. The pools on property were nice. There was also a kiddy pool and three hot tubs. The trash chute was very close to the unit, which was convenient. We would stay again!!! The only negative that I have is that we did have to drive to go anywhere, as this condo is located on a very busy street that I was not personally comfortable walking across.

The house was more than enough room for our group of 12. The closets on the decks have beach stuff for guest to use. We enjoyed watching the dolphins at sunrise every morning! Overall would love to book in the future again!

This place was perfect for my family of nine! Very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space! The AC worked great day and night. We never had any issues with the elevators. Pool area is really nice. We used the grill around the pool for lunch one day, it was fun. There are several restaurants nearby and Walmart and Publix is close by too. My family loved this place!

Only a few suggestions, need more towels & wash cloths for large group. We were short some wash cloths. No liquid dish detergent was provided as a starter. Parking for 2 vehicles should be free, especially during off season. Next update would be to remove carpet in bedrooms. I’m picky about having clean floors especially since had a toddler with us & tile was clean. An extra bonus was all the beach equipment & chairs! There was plenty of dishes, cooking pots, pans, crock pot, glasses & utensils. Disappointed that we didn’t see much sunshine, but can’t control weather! Loved indoor pool & nice weight room. The beach service and the “walking path” were nice to have - we had a young child on crutches so it helped him have a better beach experience. Would have been nice to know there was construction happening during our stay. The elevators were a real problem with holiday occupancy and only 2 operating. The living room furniture had not been dusted and there was a new unopened shower curtain laying on the closed toilet in one bathroom (where the curtain was moldy). Otherwise very nice unit.
