We are the Lighthouse west corner penthouse!
We are located on the 19th floor (accessed via 3 mid-building high-speed elevators-building has 5 elevators total).
Enjoy spectacular, panoramic Gulf, beach, sunrise, sunset, & city views from our enormous west corner wrap-around balcony. There is no one above you, but the big blue or star-filled sky!

New for 2025:
Primary bathroom #2 beautiful new very large walk-in all tile shower (old shower and jacuzzi tub gone)!
New larger main room 75" Smart TV (current photos show 65")
New large(r) capacity dryer (Oct 2025)

Features of this beautiful condo include:
*2 king bed suites w/direct balcony access (w/Smart TV's, ensuite bathrooms-jacuzzi tub jets do NOT work in largest primary bedroom)
2 queen bedrooms (w/Smart TV's and ensuite bathrooms)
*Large double-door bunk room that sleeps 4 w/ Smart TV and Blue-Ray player (bathroom across the hall).
*Condo sleeps 12 in beds and 2 more on the queen sleeper sectional sofa.
*Dining table seats 8 (plus 6 at kitchen bar).
*Fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.
*Separate wet bar (stocked w/a variety of plastic drinkware).
*Key-less entry system for guests’ safety & convenience.
* Pool towels, and if maintained by previous guests there should be 4 backpack beach chairs and a few other folding type beach chairs & a large rolling cooler for guest use. These items should be located in our condo's large "beach supply" closet located in the condo (plenty of room to store your beach & pool items in this large closet or in the condo's large foyer).

As for the Gulf-front Lighthouse complex, it is the place to be in Gulf Shores. Our building is very wide and thus has a VERY WIDE beach directly behind the building (lots of room to spread out:). Amenities include:
*2 outdoor pools (one is zero-entry-great for young children)
*1 heated indoor pool
*2 large outdoor hot tubs
* Dry sauna
*Fitness room (w/beach views:)
*Community BBQ grills
* Ice and vending machines
NOTE: Parking passes are currently $50 per car, per stay, but subject to change without notice. Pay Lighthouse HOA upon arrival by credit card only.
The Lighthouse is w/in walking distance or a short drive to many area restaurants and shops (0.6 of a mile from The Hangout). You can view the local on-the-beach favorite, Sea-N-Suds from our balcony. Close by family-fun activities include dolphin cruises, fishing charters, a water and amusement park, miniature golf, and go-kart tracks. OWA Amusement Park, Gulf Coast Zoo, Tanger outlet mall, and world-class golf courses are all nearby, as well. The Wharf, located in nearby Orange Beach has many shops, restaurants, and an amphitheater. Short day trips include, Ft. Morgan where you can take the ferry across Mobile Bay to visit the Dauphin Island Estuarium Sea Lab and the Bird Sanctuary and Pensacola, FL where you can visit the Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world famous Blue Angels).

Condo Pool Towels: If used, you MUST wash (separately), completely dry, fold, and store above washer/dryer the beach towels provided for guest use. Also, pls empty the dyer lint filter.

White Towels: Wash, put in dryer (turn on) one (1) unstained load of white towels prior to your departure. Ty! :)

Set the thermostat to 78 degrees in the warm season/68 degrees in the cool season.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rental agreement and copy of photo ID of booking guest (and person who pays for rental) must be completed and returned w/in 3 business days

We loved our stay at this condo! The location is centralized and there are lots of amenities. We were able to fit 3 separate families with adequate room and privacy. The kitchen and beach supplies were well stocked. The view was amazing, we saw dolphins everyday! The host was excellent at communicating throughout the booking and check in/out process. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

The property was just as advertised: clean, spacious and well stocked for a crowd. Beach and pool access couldn't have been simpler or faster and the location was extremely convenient to everywhere we wanted to go.

Great Vacation

Great family trip! Unit met our needs with plenty of rooms and space. Really liked being able to buy ice on the property to keep our ice chest always cold while on the beach. Will definitely book another trip again.

Family Trip 2024

We came to Gulf Shores with family for our granddaughter’s High School Softball tournament. The condo was conveniently located to the sports complex, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the wonderful view from the condo. Very easy access to beach, pool and workout room. Would stay at this condo again as it was perfect for our family.

We chose wisely! The view was amazing as well as the interior and amenities. It was a short walk to food and shopping which was very convenient! I would suggest PH #4 for anyone looking for a beautiful place to gather with friends.

Amazing views, excellent condo

We cooked most of our meals in and the kitchen was well stocked and ready to go. The condo was beautiful with amazing views and convenient access to the beach. No more than 15 minute drive from every excursion we went to. We would recommend it!

We really enjoyed this property we loved the spacious kitchen and all being able to sit at the large dining table to eat The views were breath taking and the space on the balcony was awesome It was really cool to watch the birds fly by right in front of you The owners were amazing and helpful whenever needed The pool area was great We were a group of 4 couples we each had our own bathroom which is a plus for us There is even a bunk house where one of our friends slept one night due to her husband snoring We never felt crowded there was plenty of room This place is a five star in our book!

Lots of space

We stayed in this unit with several family members of various ages. The unit was very clean, comfortable, the view was amazing, and it really did have everything we needed. The pools are small for the size of the complex but that’s certainly not the condo owners fault We definitely will book here again.

Awesome Condo

What a wonderful condo!! Beautifully decorated and fully stocked kitchen made this condo perfect for a week of relaxation and good times with a group of girlfriends. Wonderful view from the 16th floor. Spent many hours on the deck overlooking the beach in the most comfortable patio furniture we have ever had at the beach. Highly recommend the condo.

Family Vacation

We experienced some issues getting into the condo on night one. Although there was a keyless entry, the condo management team put the deadbolt lock on. This caused confusion, and some frustration. Albeit that was an inconvenience, the property owners were phenomenal and patiently helped us get through the issue. Overall our stay was exceptional. The views are remarkable. The pictures do not do justice. I plan to stay again.

Fantastic Spring Break!

Our experience at PH4 was fantastic!! There were 3 families that stayed in the penthouse and we had plenty of room. Everything that we needed was provided and it made things that much easier. Gail was great to work with and responded quickly with any questions that we had. We were lucky and our room was ready early so we got to check in before 3pm. The views were fantastic, the beach was beautiful, and every morning we were able to see dolphins from our balcony. The worst part was waiting for the elevator, but after the first couple days the wait became better. Our weather couldn't have been better, it was 70's each day and that was plenty warm to still get burnt each day. We had one morning that it rained, but we went to the outlets shopping for the day. Enough to do in the area, but not so busy that it takes forever to get to places. I would recommend Gulf Shores and PH4 to everyone!

Great Family Vacation

Lighthouse PH 4 did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family of 11. Views were amazing, watched dolphins every morning and evening. Played board games on the balcony every night. The unit was in great condition, nice tile flooring throughout and great kitchen. Beach and pools areas were nice but crowded. The building staff did a great job of keeping the areas clean and straightened the lounge chairs several times a day. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a nice extra (chairs beginning to rust). We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels to go around and the washer/dryer was a plus. Traffic in GS in the evening was pretty bad, but expected with so many people in a small town. Gail was awesome to work with, always answered any question quickly! Our EZ Up tent was stolen out of the tent storage area near the pool, store your items at your own risk. We had a great time and plan on returning in the near future!

Awesome Vacation

Me, my husband and a group of friends went to the Lighthouse condo on June 2. It took us seven hours to get there and the traffic in Foley is atrocious but once we got to the condo we knew we were going to have a great vacation. (A friend booked the vacation and made a great choice.) The entrance is very inviting and to continue on into the living area and to look out those floor to ceiling windows at the view is breathtaking. The kitchen is a good size and has every utensil, pan and container you could ever want. (even shell crackers for the crab legs I had one night) Of course we didn't use much of that because we ate out almost every night. *wink wink All of the bedrooms are a good size and decorated in good taste. TVs in each room were an added extra. The balcony is awesome and has very good and sturdy outdoor furniture to take in the sun and the view. The views of the moon on the water at night were stunning. I think one of the best things about this condo was the fact that although we suffered a glitch while we were there, the manager and owner were fantastic to work with. Even the contact on the second floor, Terrie, was great to listen. The condo was close to dining and shopping and situated right on the beach. We made it to the Tanger Outlet one morning and I can definitely recommend Franco's, Nolan's and the Hangout for dining. Overall, I would say our stay at the Lighthouse Penthouse was a great experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in staying in Gulf Shores. Just remember to use sunscreen!

Cleanliness was fine overall, but, since you pay for cleaning, I feel I should mention the following: baseboards in the kitchen looking dirty, the dresser drawers in one bedroom being sandy, and drawers with hairdryers hosting a lot of hair. Would’ve appreciated an extra roll of toilet paper, and some attention paid to the squeaking dryer. That said, we loved so much about the place and our stay that we wouldn’t think twice about booking with you again. Beds were comfy, space was delightful, and we really only had to bring in food/beverages. Everything else was provided and functional.

We loved the size of the condo. It was perfect for a group of 4 couples celebrating my friends 60th birthday. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking supplies needed. The balcony overlooking the ocean was breathtakingly beautiful! We saw dolphins daily. The only complaint we had was the lack of friendliness from the office staff upon arrival and leaving the property. There were 2 different staff members and both were not welcoming or friendly in either interaction.

Great family stay!

Amazing stay at West Corner Penthouse. Property was exactly as shown in pictures and the view from the 19th floor was panoramic. Close to elevators with little to no waiting to get to the pool and beach access. Big beautiful beach and host provided lots of quality beach chairs that we used daily. Best stocked kitchen I’ve seen in a VRBO. Comfy beds and lots of space for our family of 11. Host was responsive to all our questions. Highly recommend!

What makes this property unique

We chose the west corner penthouse because of the spectacular, panoramic Gulf, beach, city, sunrise, and sunset views from the enormous wrap-around balcony. We also chose this condo due to the fact it can accommodate 12-14 people, in what is essentially a 5 bedroom condo. The bunk room is large, but doesn't have a closet, so it can't be called a bedroom (but it has a dresser for storing clothes, if needed). Also, each bedroom has only one king or queen bed & an en suite full bathroom (unlike some condos where there are two double or queen beds in one bedroom and fewer bathrooms to share between 12-14 people). This condo is perfect for large or multiple families who want to stay in the same space, but have room to spread out.
