Our condo is perfectly situated on the South/West corner 22nd floor with Awesome sunsets and uninhibited incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 43" Smart TVs in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, a King in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, two Queen Beds in the 4th bedroom and a queen sized sofa sleeper.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Condo was beautiful, unfortunately the A/C was not working. Management was awful!! Nothing was offered the first night we got there. We had to sleep in 79 degrees. We booked a unit on the 22nd floor with awesome views. The next day when it was discovered that the A/C was going to be another day, we were offered a different unit on the 3rd or 15th floor for only a 300 refund. Absolutely ridiculous for what we paid per night for the 22nd floor. Views into the building next door. Michael was a complete jerk about the whole situation. Actually said to me “Are you taking the deal or what, I have a lot going on!” Who says that to their customer? And what kind of deal was that? A crap deal… The unit we were moved to was run down, patio furniture was beyond its lifespan. The master bed sounded awful, every movement was heard.

Beautiful view. Great balcony. We had 10 people and the accommodations were great for that number. The elevator access is very good as well. Nice size elevators and never more than a minute wait going up or down. Kids loved the jacuzzi in the master suite and the slide at the pool. We loved the ice maker and plenty of kitchenware for our needs. Overall great stay!

We were here with eight people - four adults and four kids age 7-12. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with everything we needed. And the location - right on the beach with incredible views - couldn’t be beat! The pools and hot tubs were also terrific for the kids. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved it! Make sure you buy toilet paper. We just assumed there was more and ended up in a minor crisis situation, lol. Other than that, the condo and facilities were perfect. We already want to return.
