Karson's Kastle is one of the best beach houses you will find because of the open floor plan, peaceful setting and 4 of the 5 bedrooms face the beach with large windows plus balconies! The house was totally remodeled with new windows, doors, siding and paint in January 2023!
The interior has been updated recently too! It is located a half mile from the last condo in Gulf Shores so it is so peaceful yet so close to everything!

Game room under the house includes, Corn hole, pool table, outside TV, comfortable seating, hammock and all new patio furniture. There is a gas Weber grill too!

We provide at least 4 beach chairs and 2 recliners for the beach!

The kitchen, dining room, and great room provide exceptional views with a very open floor plan. It has one of the best settings too because of the location. The lot to the left has no home on it yet. The houses across the street are located on a large lagoon that are about 100 yards away and are on large lots.

Sleeps up to 16, 4 king bedrooms,
On the main floor, there is a powder bath and a Master bedroom suite with full bath and jacuzzi.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs.
On the North side, there is 1 bedroom with 2 custom built bunk beds. They have 2 Queens on bottom with 2 smaller twins ( good for kids) on the top bunk! It has its own private balcony. There is a door on this bedroom and it has its own private bath.

The other 3 bedrooms have king beds and they have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. They all have doors to the deck that faces the Gulf.
We have one queen size air mattress too.

It is located just 1 mile from Lagoon Pass, the peaceful side of Gulf Shores! The closest condos are 1 mile away. It is just 7 minutes to the Hang-Out and all the action of Gulf Shores. As one of our repeat guests describes it, you would think you are on your own Private Island!

Most furniture is brand new including new high seating patio chairs, 50 inch TV's in Bedrooms, 75 inch TV in living room!

Bodenhamer Center is about 15 minutes away! It provide fitness room, indoor basketball, indoor pool and games. The fee is just $10 a day per person
