Welcome to paradise! Cookin' Up Fun 1 (the beach house formerly known as Sea La Vie) is a 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Beach House that sits directly on the white sandy shores overlooking the crystal blue water in Gulf Shores. Cookin' Up Fun 1 is 2 stories and sleeps up to 21 people!. Cookin Up Fun 1 has 2 Bedrooms with private bathrooms that overlook the ocean and the other 3 bedrooms have bathroom access. The home has a seasonally heated private pool off of the main living area on the deck. The home has parking for up to 6 cars, has a large charcoal grill, a private boardwalk to the beach from the main deck, and much more! Come and cook up some lifelong memories in Cookin' Up Fun 1! Do you need a house with more bedrooms? If so, please look in to Cookin' Up Fun 2 which is directly next door to the East. It is a 8 bedroom, 8.5 Bath beach house that sleeps up to 24 and it also has a private pool! Rent one or both and have up to 13 bedrooms!

We rented this house for just short of a month. We feel totally ripped off, this wasn’t a cheap place to stay and everything there was subpar. Floor was so dirty our feet were black, we don’t wear shoes indoors so this was unacceptable. The table was so scarred up and worn they threw an old oilcloth cover on it. The couches smelled terrible of urine, the two side chairs were old and dirty. The vacuum cleaner was taped together and spewed more dust than it sucked up. Broom was taped together. Not to mention the cockroaches. We’ve been renting homes on the beach for years and this one is number 2 on the worst list. If you decide to rent this plan on absolutely no amenities. Not even a pod of coffee for your first morning.

We had 10 people ranging in age form 19 to 93! The house was perfect with lots of beds and bathrooms for all! The property managers were very responsive. Maintenance even came to house on Christmas Eve. The beach access was great! Would definitely recommend this property!

The house was great, plenty of room, right on the beach. The weather wasn’t great which had the ocean a bit rough, the pool was perfect for our little ones so they could still play in the water. The kitchen was very clean and the extra fridge was very helpful. Beds were comfy. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
