Welcome to this magnificent Yellowbird Too! This beautiful 3 story home offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 17 guests. An elevator makes accessing all levels easy. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf views from the covered balcony on the right and the open balcony on the left. The large private fenced in pool(unheated), complete with sun loungers, is ideal for refreshing daytime and relaxing nighttime swims.

Step inside to an open floor plan featuring a dining area with seating for 8 and an additional 4 seats at the peninsula. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a standard coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and a spacious kitchen island. The inviting living area offers cozy seating and a TV for your enjoyment. The pantry area includes an extra refrigerator and a shared bathroom, plus a washer, dryer, sink, and plenty of storage. You will also find 4 bedrooms on this floor, each thoughtfully designed for comfort.

Upstairs, the master bedroom features a King and two Twins, with access to a private balcony with stunning Gulf views. This home combines comfort, making it the perfect destination for your next getaway.

YELLOWBIRD TOO

Yellowbird Too was an amazing property. My Dad can not do stairs and the elevator wasa life saver. Every room was very private and everyone had their own space. Loved the stairs and seating in the pool. I would recommend this property.

It was a perfect week, not a lot of people on the beach. We could spread out and the younger kids had a lot of room to play.

Relaxing

I loved the house and location! Our only complaint was the hill we had to climb to get to the beach. My parents, who are in the 70’s, struggled to get to the beach. Woukd have been much easier with steps or a pier to lead out to the beach. Other than that, it was a perfect vacation!

Great Family Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 10 people and the layout of the home is nice, and having an elevator was great. The pool and covered deck was large. Patio furniture not very comfortable and no chairs for table in the screened in porch. Living room and kitchen furniture are worn, but bedrooms were in better shape. The laundry room is huge, but the dryer is extremely loud. There is only a path to the beach. So walking up the slight hill could be a challenge. We loved having the beach to ourselves. It’s a little out of the way, but we enjoyed the area. We had a couple of issues while we were there, and Bender responded promptly. Our family had a wonderful time in gulf shores. If you’re looking for a new home, I would not recommend. If you’re looking for a lived in home on the beach with a nice pool, this would work.

Nice Space with Elevator

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yellow Bird Too has a great layout with all of the bedrooms being isolated so that individuals can nap or sleep without being disturbed. It provides the perfect amount of privacy. As others have mentioned, the elevator is a little tricky. However, there are a few things to remember about it. Always make sure that the outer wooden door and the interior sliding door are completely latched after exiting the elevator so that it can be called to another level. If you don't do this, you'll spend a good amount of time getting a leg workout. There is a cart to assist with bringing up groceries, etc., which was very helpful. This house has lots of pros but a few cons as well. We had 3 disabled individuals that we had rented motorized beach wheelchairs for. Unfortunately, due to the huge dune at the back of the house, there was no way to get them out to the beach. The only way for them to see the beach was to take them up to the third floor where they could see it from the small 2-seater deck. The kitchen was a good size to cook meals in. It would have been nice to have some nonstick cookware to prepare scrambled eggs in. There is a griddle located in the pantry for pancakes. The outlets upstairs can be tricky. We made several phone calls for assistance and were told by the maintenance individual that the light switches also control some of the plugs so keep that in mind when needing to charge your phones, etc. We did have to go without a tv in the living area for 3 days as there was an issue that they struggled with (I think the previous renters had utilized Roku and nobody could figure out how to change it back). Each time we called, someone was always available to either come out or walk us through the issues we had. We would have enjoyed having chairs around the table on the screened in deck so that we could enjoy meals out there. The downstairs mattresses need to be replaced - especially the green room. Living area furniture & dining needs to be updated.

As described. House was great. Only negatives are pool heater was broken so we couldn’t use the pool, and there should be better instructions on how to use the elevator.
