If you are looking for some beach life, you will certainly be "Livinit" at the Livinit beach house! "Livinit" is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath vacation home that sits directly on the beach and overlooks the white sand and crystal blue waters of Gulf Shores.

The first floor features a large kitchen well-equipped for cooking, a dining area perfect for entertaining, a large luxurious living room, a half bath, and a master bedroom. This bedroom boasts a gorgeous gulf view, a king bed, and a private bathroom. Finally, on the first floor is a large covered balcony with a stunning view of the Gulf Coast.

On the second floor, guests will enjoy 3 more comfortable bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms have a gulf view, king beds, and private bathrooms. The third bedroom has another king bed, a twin over twin built-in bunk bed, and a private bathroom. Also on this floor is a utility room with a washer and dryer. Another balcony overlooks the white sand and blue water, perfect for guests to enjoy watching the sunset and spending time together! The third floor features ample sleeping space with 2 queen over queen built-in bunk beds and a private bathroom. This bedroom has a stunning gulf view from the top floor!

On the ground level of "Livinit," guests will enjoy many amenities. These include a seasonally heated (with fee) private pool, an aluminum charcoal grill, an outdoor wash-off area, and ample parking for 6 vehicles. Directly on the white sand of Gulf Shores, guests can take a walk on the beach or dip their toes in the water right from the house anytime! Whether your days be filled with sun tanning, sandcastle making, pool swimming, seashell hunting, or gulf adventures, "Livinit" offers access to it all! Every member of your group will love this vacation filled with fun and relaxation on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast!

Family spring break

The house was great, close to beach and layout was perfect for us. Only problem was the AC did not work on the first floor the first two days then additional electrical problems occurred. Maintenance and management were very quick to assess and fix the problem so we could enjoy the remainder of our stay.

The house was awesome. It had everything we needed and expected. The location was great. Close enough to everything and very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay again if we get back to Gulf Shores. The property manager was quick to respond when contacted. Thanks for sharing this house with our group.

Incredible Family Trip

Our extended family had a wonderful trip! We loved being steps away from the beach. The house was big enough to give everyone privacy, but still had a nice living area with lots of seating when we were all together. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining room sat all 8 of us comfortably. The pool is small, but it was nice to have on the couple of days we couldn't get in the ocean due to double red flags. Perfect for our large group! The location of the house was close enough to the main area of Gulf Shores but far enough away where the beach wasn’t crowded. The house was perfect with 2 large balconies and every family/room had its own bathroom. The house was clean when we arrived and stocked with everything they described. The kids loved the small pool and the adults loved it being tucked away from the sun so we could take breaks from the beach. Was able to check in early and everything was so easy, no hassles in any part of the booking or stay there. Would definitely stay again!

Multi-family Spring Break

Great property for our 3 families: 6 adults and 6 kids ages 5-9 years old. Kids loved the pool, bunks, access to ocean. Parents loved cleanliness, space (enough to get away from everyone, if needed), location/accessibility. Pool would be considered small for adults, but perfect or the ages of kids we had.

This house was just what we needed. It fit our family. The bunk room was great to hold the age rang of kids we had and the all the adult rooms with king size beds was perfect! So hard to find this. And the pool was just right for my nephew

Overall good location but room for improvement!

We have been looking forward to this vacation for a year! We love the gulf coast and had 13 adults and children attend from our family. Overall, a good stay - not great, considering what we paid for it. The Good:We loved the location - far enough out of town but easy access to town. Having beach right at the house was great. House was well stocked and great that every family had own bedrooms and bathrooms. pool was a nice addition and kids spent plenty of time there The Not So Good: on arrival we were surprised to find a number of the steps going upstairs had the step ends removed and duct tape on the steps - probably 6-8 of the steps. Several steps had something sharp sticking up and if you stepped directly on the taped part it would give. This meant being extra careful going up and down not to step on a sharp edge or slip from foot placement. For what we paid very disappointing. I mentioned it on the first day and got no response or reply. Secondly, after we arrived we found ants in kitchen and all over couch and chairs. called and told maintenance first night, and no one showed up. The next day I called back again and that afternoon someone sprayed. Told someone would come back to spray fully and to clean the couch. next day a guy sprayed whole house but no couch cleaning so had to sit on a somewhat dirty couch with dead ants in it. House smelled like bleach when we checked in which wasn't pleasant Not sure I would stay here again for the price I paid

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were wonderful with plenty of room to sleep and spread out for two families. The walk to the beach was super convenient and perfect for the little kids. We would stay here again!

Livinit Review

Overall, we thoroughly enjoy our stay and loved the proximity to the beach. The property was as described, and the house was exactly what we were looking for. The beach was not overcrowded, and we had plenty of room for the kids to run free. We had three suggestions for improvements. First was that under some of the furniture it was quite dirty with potato chips and other garbage. We also found about a dozen nails/screws in the driveway. Luckily no one ended up with one in the tire. Lastly, the grill should probably be cleaned on a more frequent basis. The bottom was quite full of wet ashes which made it a hassle to get going.

Great for Family

This house was perfect for a big family it extended family. Kitchen is well stocked!!! Great decks with beautiful views. It was so nice for everyone to have their own bedroom. Pool is great too, a nice break from direct sun. We had a few issues with the air but maintenance was very quick to respond and act. My one wish would be to have the beach private in front of our property. We went out early to put chairs directly in front of the house. We will be back with our extended family. Wonderful experience with the management company. Great communication.

Great House, Plenty of Space

Perfect for our three families. Had 7 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of space. The house was clean when we arrived. We had some hiccups with the wifi not working and a bathroom fan, but both were fixed promptly. Would rent again.
