There were lights out in the master shower and over the bathtub and a bit of mold in the shower. Beyond that we had a wonderful stay and would choose the Sandbox again. Having a mostly private beach and not having to fight the crowds for beach space is worth a lot. We were close to grocery stores and other shopping and also good restaurants. I highly recommend the Sandbox.

Our stay was very relaxing. The home is located 100 feet from the beach! We had everything we needed - beach towels, beach chairs, a toaster, lots of utensils…you name it! The views from the porches are breathtaking. The home was very clean, and communication with the owner was excellent. We also loved having parking and the quiet and family-friendly neighborhood.

This is by far the best place I have ever stayed on vacation. It is easy to access, immaculate, and the pictures do not do it justice. We plan on returning every year now. I can’t thank the property owner enough for renting this out. It exceeded my expectations .

We both commented that we’ve never stayed at a cleaner house - and on the beach! Seems like a miracle, but the place was immaculate. Great location, the beach supply closet was so fun for the kids and meant that we had so much less to pack and bring with us! Peaceful mornings on both decks, a wonderful time overall. We were so sad to leave!
