This property was fantastic! This is our 3rd year staying at Grand Pointe. The beach in front of this building is not crazy packed, plenty of room. If you’re trying to have an adult vacation, this is perfect. It doesn’t have a lazy river, arcade and whatever so most people with kids stay elsewhere. This condo is directly facing the beach with a large balcony. The owners were kind enough to leave things like boogie boards and beach towels in the closets. We have 3 couples, so everyone having their own bathroom is great!

I love my stay in this place. The apartment was really, really clean. I'm impressed. The view was great. Checking contact less is the best. And by the way I love all the recommendations we have before we arrive, at first sound a little weird but ones we was there we understood every single one.

Rest & Relaxation

Even though we didn’t have ideal beach weather, our stay was wonderful! Large balcony overlooking the Gulf and watching fishing boats go out of the pass made an awesome view! Our girl gang played games on the balcony and on weather days that cooperated allowed us to spend time down on the beach. It was a great week of relaxing and reconnecting with old friends.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Kitchen was stocked, plenty of space and having 3.5 baths is fabulous!! Our favorite part was the balcony- lots of seating for us to enjoy coffee and lunch with a great view of the gulf and the pass! Would definitely stay here again!
