VACATION TIME !!!!
We have a beautiful, comfortable condo waiting for you to relax, enjoy the best views and spend your vacation in a fabulous beach setting. With 3 bedrooms, there is room for family and friends. WE OFFER a 4 NIGHT SPECIAL...SPRING thru FALL ( be sure to request those rates *see notes) for those who can't spend a full week.
Our huge deck overlooks the pool, and the BEST view of the Gulf and Perdido Pass...water views all around. There are plenty of great restaurants in Orange Beach and neighboring Gulf Shores, golf courses, shopping, and a choice of grocery stores. Fun places for kids, nightly music for the family and teens at The Hangout in Gulf Shores, fishing and good ole fashioned beach walking.
We have a well equipped kitchen, boogie boards and sand chairs for your convenience.

Amazing Property

The property was beautiful, great location. It was large, well kept and very clean. The owners were very kind and checked in on us which made us feel welcomed. The proximity to the beach was very close and nice. I would definitely book again!

Great owners. Best location in Orange Beach. Beautiful gulf front condo with awesome views of Perdido Pass. Well furnished kitchen, we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner.

Great location and fantastic unit

We have stayed in quite a few different units over the years at Grande Pointe and this unit has by far been the best experience. The unit is very well kept and the owners are very quick and thorough in their communication. We will certainly book again.

Wonderful property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners have done a great job with this unit. Everything was supplied for us, from a stocked kitchen to everything that was needed for the beach. They even had cards and games for the rainy days. The king size bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. We will definitely be staying here again!

Spectacular views from this condo

Loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable, homey, everything we needed was there. Indoor pool is so warm! View from the balcony is second to none! We watched dolphins, pelicans, boats in the pass, etc. Don’t miss the sunrise from this balcony!Quick, easy access to pool and beach. Centrally located, yet not in a super busy area. We felt very safe in and around the area.Owner very responsive and pleasant. Would definitely book this one again!

At Home on the Beach

We loved this property. It had all the comforts of home. Nancy is the most attentive host and was very easy to contact. Beautifully decorated (living rm updated since photos shown), great location, low beach density, great view of boats on the pass, and an exceptionally clean unit all made for a wonderful, relaxing family vacation that felt like home only at the beach! We want to stay again and bring the grandchildren.

Beautiful condo!

Beautiful and comfortable! This condo has everything you need to relax. We enjoyed the patio, the view, and even the wonderful beach chairs to sit in on the beach! Nancy was great to work with, very responsive. The view of the pass and the gulf included dolphins!!! The waves were big enough one day to watch real surfing! Such a treat ❤️.

Nancy and Bill are amazing

We stayed with another couple who were in town for a wedding, and the condo was amazing. Bathrooms for each bedroom is huge, and the condo was roomy and nice, as well as the balcony. Nancy and Bill were incredible. Had a plumbing issue that was not their fault at all, and they were super quick to get back to us and get a plumber out, even on a holiday weekend. If you are going to Orange Beach, you should certainly stay here.

Clean, Comfortable and Spacious

This is probably one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in. The condo was spacious and you can tell the owners take pride in it. The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable which is not always the case in rentals. We didn't use the other bedrooms but they looked nice. The pool is currently under construction but looks like it will be very nice when finished.

We had some difficulty checking in because we hadn't received the parking pass and mailbox key beforehand. We were able to check in by contacting the cleaning person. The condo is excellent! It is well stocked with kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies and appliances. The deck is spacious and the deck furniture is excellent.

Excellent Location and Amenities for a Short and Sweet Trip!

Considering we had limited time to vacation over Thanksgiving break, I’m grateful that we were allowed to reserve two nights. The condo was spacious, clean, well-stocked, and we could not have asked for a better location at the pass. The views were amazing. Traveling with kids, we really appreciated the heated indoor pool and the short walk to the beach. Before our arrival, Nancy texted me to welcome us and to thank us for our stay as we were leaving. She was quick to respond and get help when we locked ourselves out (Huge thanks to Weldon for his quick and friendly service!). Bill and Nancy were wonderful hosts! We plan on making this vacation a yearly Thanksgiving tradition!

We had a wonderful stay at Nancy and Bill’s place! Our family of five had plenty of room, and never felt cramped in the living area. They have every kind of beach equipment you can think of, so you can leave all of that at home. The only thing you might want to bring is a beach wagon to carry all of your supplies. The elevator was right by the unit, and the walk to the beach was under five minutes. The kitchen was well supplied, and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony of the boats coming out of the bay were amazing! The beach was never crowded, and we fished right off of the jetty rocks and the beach. We had issues with our van the night before we left, and Nancy was so accommodating to us, which helped ease a stressful situation. We will definitely rent their place again if we return to Orange Beach!

Family beach trip

The balcony view unit is absolutely gorgeous! The pools, parking and access to restaurants is wonderful. The unit is so nice. Each bedroom with separate bath was very nice, very clean and very well maintained. Has everything you could want from beach chairs, kitchen supplies etc to have a wonderful beach vacation. We will be visiting again

Early May getaway

Three friends celebrating our 50th year since high school graduation. ( actually used the time to complete our reunion plans). Perfect beach days, shopping time and restaurant meals. We’ve stayed at Grand Pointe many times and always enjoy it. We are recommending Tin Top, Coastal and Jesse’s on the Bay for great food.

Wonderful stay! Condo was clean, fully furnished with EVERYTHING anyone would need for a stay! We really enjoyed the view of the Pass and watching all the boats. Nancy was great to work with and very prompt & thorough in all communications. Will definitely stay here again!

We are a family who loves beach life. You are sharing our vacation home. We now have grown children so we enjoy our condo as a couple more often. But it's great when the kids can join us. Our car has driven to Orange Beach so many times, it should be able to drive it without a driver. Bill would love that !!!!

Why they chose this property

A friend recommended Orange Beach for spring break in the late 90's. We took the trip, and the whole family loved it. As we made more trips to O.B., we decided to look for a condo because we didn't get tired of this beach and the family friendly area. Luckily we found the BEST view .

What makes this property unique

The view from our deck is the best along the coast. We face the Gulf and are protected from winds off the Pass. Boat watching is a daily event. Surfers love our end of the beach when the waves are high. Have your meals on the deck....a memorable experience.
