Ground floor walkout condo on the beach. Located in Phoenix East II. 3 Bedrooms + Pull out queen couch, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 10)


This is a ground floor unit with large tiled wrap around patio that is steps to the zero-entry pool/ beach / grilling area / fenced kids splash zone . Professionally cleaned before each stay. Extra large capacity washer and dryer and wet bar with ice maker.

Free WiFi is included along with Dish Network satellite. All bedrooms and living room have smart televisions that are new as of July 2024.

This is a premium rated unit with many upgrades. It is much nicer than majority of premiums in the older buildings.

It is equipped with a Wet Bar and new under cabinet ice maker in the family room.

Updated counters and cabinets with stainless appliances and 10 foot ceilings unlike the older Phoenix units. The tubs are all cast iron, with no plastic inserts.

Unit was professionally decorated with updated upscale decor. Sleeps 8 in beds (3 queens and 1 king) comfortably, and 10 with sleeper sofa in the family room.

Wireless Internet and Satellite TV included.

This condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, and the perfect location. Being on the ground floor was amazing traveling with young kids and being able to walk right out to the pool and beach. Megan is an amazing host, very helpful and quick to respond. It will be hard to ever stay anywhere else.

Great week/stay!

Our stay was wonderful! Megan was very resourceful and responsive (We only needed to reach out 1 time). We literally were able to sit on the huge patio while watching the children swim. We were steps from the pool and a very quick walk over the dunes to the waves. I would stay over and over when we need this size of a rental again!

Great location and condo

Highly recommend this condo. Megan was a great host and always quick to reply. The condo was a perfect set up and very spacious with the 3 bedroom being away from the living/ kitchen area. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. We loved the walk out access right to the pool and beach. So much to do in the area and at condo. There is tennis court that does have lines to play pickleball too. I would book this condo again if I ever come back to area.

family vacation

Each year we do a family vacation. This was our first trip to the beach. I was a little anxious about being on the first floor. However, it turned out great. We could sit at our patio and see the kids at the pool and splash pad. It was a short walk to the beach. We also enjoyed the hot tub that was next door to our condo. I was afraid we would hear noise from the pool but when you shut the patio door, it was quiet in the condo. No noise to interfere with TV or other. We stayed long enough to wear everyone out! I hope we get to go back again. Our host, Megan was very easy to contact and responded quickly. I highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Place was just perfect for our needs. One minor snafu when TV went out. Owner got on it immediately and arranged for delivery of a new Beautiful bigger smart TV! Strongly recommend the Condo and the Owner!

Perfect for a family!

There were 6 adults and a 3 and 5 yo. You walk straight out to the pool and splash pad. Then right out to the beautiful beach! Great patio to sit and visit. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms! This was our second stay in this condo. It is perfect for us! And the property manager answeres right away if you need anything!

Excellent

Good size bedrooms, comfy beds, comfy couch. Love staying on the bottom floor, chose because of 2 young grandsons and was definitely the right decision the photos on the website are what got us interested and did not lie. If you chose this condo, you will not be disappointed and if ever get to go back to Orange Beach this will be my first choice of accommodations.

Wonderful condo!

Our stay at the beach was short but sweet. The condo Had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Our family loved the ground floor unit and allowed our Children to swim in the pool while we sat on the patio. The condo was beautifully decorated and the owner was Extremely helpful and accommodating. We will definitely Return to this condo.

Great place for family with children

We arrived with 5 adults & 3 children (ages 11,4 & 2). The location of the condo was fantastic. The ground floor was perfect for the kids to play outside. The patio area gave us a great place to watch them. The shore was a boardwalk away. The indoor pool was just across the hall. The place was quiet (especially for during spring break.) Sound within the unit itself was good. With an interior patio, off the master bedroom, kids could play even in rainy weather. It was as advertised. The kitchen was stocked with dishes & appliances that more than handled our needs. Closet and drawer storage were great. Parking worked well, as did the outside basketball court. We found whatever amenities we wanted or needed close by. Grocery stores, restaurants, tour boats etc were near by. VRBO, as well as the owner, were very helpful and quick to respond. Any question posed to the owner was answered promptly. We felt that the cleanliness of the unit was under par, especially with a cleaning fee included in the cost. When we arrived there were clothing items and general debris left on the tile floor under the couches. Needless to say, the little ones found the items sticking out from under the couch quickly. Being we're on the beach, cleaned windows would have been nice. The furniture was not the most comfortable-well used. Minor items that were broken (ie. light fixture, dresser drawer), when brought to the owner's attention, he attempted to correct them. We booked this unit because of the family rated reviews. And it met those criteria very well. Considering the cost of the unit, we were surprised by the cleaning issues- which can be easily rectified. The unit was a great place to relax and enjoy the shore. Our family did well there & I would recommend the unit.

Fall Break 2024

We had the best time during our trip. This is the perfect spot especially if you have smaller children (or even if you don’t). The condo was so spacious and beautifully decorated. I can’t think of anything that could have made it better. We felt like we had a luxury condo with the whole pool area right in our back yard! Orange Beach with family

Megan was Very Responsive. The ice machine in the wet bar went out and she offered to immediately get it fixed. Everything was lovely with the exception of “free WiFi” as it involves finding some other tenant’s open network and jumping on. This results in a weak signal and getting thrown off frequently. If the owner isn’t providing WiFi access the description should not say free WiFi. Other than that, great place, great location.

Our host was the best in assisting us with what we needed and ensured our stay was perfect. The pictures do not do this property justice. We enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to extend but saved instead for future trips. Having the pool steps away helped us so much, as well as having the beach just a little further. Would definitely recommend.

Why they chose this property

We chose this building because of it's close location to the beach. The fact that it is on the ground floor also makes it convenient having small children. This condo allows us to not have to haul strollers and sand covered items from the beach up the elevators. The building itself has a very large and welcoming lobby with free wifi and plenty of comfy sofas and chairs to relax in.

What makes this property unique

Being able to walk out of the condo and be steps away from the pool area and beach are what it truly special about this property. While the kids play in the pool you can be watching them from the comfort of the tiled patio. This condo also offers 10ft ceilings, wrap around tiled porch and wet bar with ice maker.
