Monica’s condo was fantastic. The place was clean, the furniture was comfortable, and there was plenty of room for us all to have our own space. Monica was super attentive and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. This was probably my favorite place I have stayed in 30 years of visiting the coast!!! Five stars!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the ceiling fans kept the rooms nice and cool. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (just bring any extra spices you like). The unit itself was nice and Monica was very attentive if you should have any questions or concerns. The condo is located above the pool area, so it can be a little noisy during the day and evening, but since we spent most of our time at the beach, it didn’t bother us much. Check-out is at 10 a.m., and the elevators can get a bit crowded at that time, so plan ahead if you’re on a schedule.Overall, we had a great trip and would stay here again!

Great property- everything was so easy! Covered parking was in the basement so it was easy to just leave our beach stuff in the back of the truck instead of hauling it up to the room. Balcony was nice with seating. Plenty of towels and bedding was comfortable. Good clean spot! We have no complaints

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This condo perfectly met the needs of our two families-4 adults and 2 children. It was very comfortable. We spent the majority of the time at the beach and pool. Extremely relaxing and beautiful. The kids loved the indoor pool-a big hit since we had one rainy day. We’d definitely stay here again. Monica was very responsive to our needs.

Amazing stay

This was our kids first time coming to the beach. We had so much fun. Monica was amazing. The place was clean and the open concept made for us to be able to see the beach at all times. The kids enjoyed going out to the balcony to sit and watch the waves.

Family Fall Break

The 3 bedrooms allowed for my family to be comfortable but I was slightly disappointed in the kitchen accommodations. The view from our unit was breathtaking and proximity to the beach and pool was awesome. The owner was very nice and followed up to make sure we arrived and everyone at the place was very nice.

Very nice.

We’ve stayed in this building before so we we knew the property and amenities were nice. The owner of this unit was great with communication. The unit was clean and comfortable with nice furnishings and well decorated. No complaints. Plenty of blankets. Kitchen was well equipped. Liked the keyless entry - made it easy for our party of 5 to come and go. LOVED the surprise inside the oven! Thanks for a great stay!

Great space, convenient beach access, dedicated parking, beautiful unit that felt like a home

We loved our time in this unit. The space was great for our family of 6. The view from the balcony (and even inside the unit) is fantastic. Kitchen was tight but good! Appliances are newer and easy to use. Plenty of dishes, though mostly glass. With glass dishes and glass table we opted to get some paper products for our kids. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. The noise from the pool fountain is the only tiny thing we didn’t love as you couldn’t hear the ocean waves as much from the balcony and I wish they’d have turned it off earlier in the evening and on later in the morning. You can tell the unit is well taken care of. Maintenance came and checked once (we didn’t call) while we were there and replaced a filter , a light bulb and remote batteries. We were a little nervous with the all white bedding with our kids but we simply folded up the comforters and and put them along with the shams in the closet for the week. There were plenty of other blankets and pillows to use. Problem solved. Never waited long for an elevator. Keyless entry system worked flawlessly. Don’t forget to pack or plan on picking up extra trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, etc. We loved this unit and if we were the type to vacation to the same place more than once, we’d definitely stay here again.

Everything about the condo and its surroundings lived up to expectations. We both cooked in and dined out. Grocery stores and restaurants were easy to reach. The weather remained good and we enjoyed the beach and the pools. My one suggestion is I would have loved a comfortable chair in the master bedroom to sit in and read. There is really no place to do this when the living space is filled with people with the tv going. Otherwise, things were perfect. Thank you for a lovely few days.

We celebrated a dear friend's birthday in Orange Beach and couldn't have chosen a better unit to rent. It was clean and very well-decorated. The unit owner reached out promptly with instructions, making the overall check-in process easy. We really liked where the unit was situated in the complex, too. Hopefully, it will be available the next time we visit. We'd love to rent from Monica again!

This condo was a dream! Completely updated and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had every item you would have in your kitchen at home for both adults and kids. It is a perfect unit for grandparents, adult children, and grandchildren or two couples and children with 2 bedrooms having king beds and 1 having twins. The cherry on top was the covered, reserved parking. Much needed during the busy season. These owners definitely have gone above and beyond and we look forward to our next visit!

Last minute spring break trip

We decided to take our kids on a spring break trip and it was a great place to stay. We were able to get in a few hours early and stay a few hours late. The condo was great location, clean, and not too busy. Beds were comfy and happy with layout and style. We really enjoyed all the amenities. Thank you for a great trip.

2nd Time Staying Here

We have been to Orange Beach 4 times in the last 8 years and I wish we would have found this Condo sooner. The perfect size and location for my family of 6. We had an amazing family trip and hope to keep the tradition of going every other year. If we do at least I know where we are going to stay. Monica was great and was always available with any questions or concerns that come up. This property has everything you could ever want in a vacation spot. Can't wait to book this condo again. Hopefully sooner than later.

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy a vacation rental in Orange Beach because we vacationed in the area for 10 years and loved the beauty of the area. There is plenty of shopping and Restaurants and there is still plenty of large expanse of beach which is protected and prevents the area from becoming over commercialized.

What makes this property unique

The unit is so nicely furnished and decorated that it feels like home. The kitchen is fully stocked which makes cooking a breeze, the front loading LG washer and dryer is quick and quiet just like the one at home. The fridge is brand new as well as the dishwasher which is silent! The beach and pool is just an elevator ride away. The new patio furniture is welcoming when you sit on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view. It is truly a home away from home.
