Welcome to Unit D1104 at the Turquoise Place. Turquoise Place is located directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf Of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. This property is a premier resort offering first class amenities and is the most luxurious condominium on the the coast. Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo is located on the 11the floor in building D (which is the building with the lazy river) and has over 2300 square feet of living space.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds.

The private 400 square foot balcony features an outdoor grill with sink and hot tub which allows for you to cook and relax with the unobstructed views of the pristine Gulf Of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolfe Kitchen appliances...I call it the Dream kitchen and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up some fresh fish. We have flat screen Tv's in every Bedroom as well as the Master Bath. The wet bar features a wine cooler as well as an ice maker. The laundry room is spacious with a front loading washer and dryer as well as a sink.

In the living room you will have a glass fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch and a 65" HD TV above. A Little Disappointed

The property is in the process of replacing most (not all) of the hot tubs. Ours was not available for the entire week. While we understand the reason for the inconvenience, we would have appreciated knowing this before arriving. At least 1 commode seat was insecure. TV in den is poorly mounted and in danger of falling if adjustment is attempted. All TV's in rental units should be Smart TV's. This condo does not have them. The range vent controls do not work correctly. The igniter on the patio is broken and was out of order for our stay. Toilet tissue holders in at lease 2 bathrooms are loose. The unit presents well, but certainly needs some attention to detail to make it stand out. This was our third time renting at Turquoise Place. Our first two experiences were Top Shelf.

Loved the beach and condo

Overall great experience and loved the location. The only bad part was getting to much sun. Very good place to stay and injoy the peaceful sounds from the ocean. Definitely would rent again.

Our Favorite Place in Orange Beach!!🏖️

We’ve stayed at a lot of places at Orange Beach, but this one was our favorite! Perfect for the kids with all the indoor, outdoor pools, and lazy river. Of course the view was amazing. The condo had all the right amenities and little touches like puzzles and books for all ages was just the right touch. Can’t wait to go back again!! In addition Jason was the best I’ve had in along time and was very prompt at answering all my questions☺️

Family time

The condo was absolutely perfect for our short stay - having the hot tub was a plus as the water was too cold to go swimming in the ocean! The patio was a perfect getaway for our family to spend time together! Everything was clean and had all the essentials available with a reminder from the owners what extras we should bring, we will definitely stay here again!

Condo was beautiful! Jason was so easy and great to work with. We asked about extending our stay halfway through our vacation and since it was available Jason was great and helped us do this easily. Definitely recommend staying here. We plan to be back soon!

Growing up we vacationed in Destin/Panama City/30a area but started to get lost in the hustle and bustle of traffic and crowds and headed over to Alabama. Sweet Home Alabama... we feel in love with the sugar sand beaches and laid back atmosphere of the Alabama coast. We are happy to be able to share our vacation home away from homes with guests who appreciate a clean place with high end appliances and decor with your comfort in mind. Why this property?...because its Amazing and One Of A Kind along the coast. Once you sit on the balcony whether it be in the hot tub or at the table and watch the sunset as the waves roll in with dolphins playing in the peaceful waters you will want to come back again and again. Making sweet memories with your family in the lazy river, long days on the beach, games by the fireplace at night, kids loving the daily activities, enjoying some lunch out at the Tiki Bar, grilling on your balcony while the family enjoys the Hot Tub at Sunset and the list goes on and on.
