Great condo! Very clean, quiet and a nicely furnished patio. We like to cook and it was a well equipped kitchen. Had some minor issues with the TV but they were very responsive and fixed it same day.I’d stay here again!

Beautiful property and was noted to be very clean on check in. Pictures on the listing are exactly as advertised. However, this is an expensive property and rental and my family booked it for an entire week. If you plan to stay here past 1 day know you will have to go to the grocery store to buy many very basic household goods. We were provided two trash bags and two bars of soap for a three bedroom property. There is no hand soap or dish soap provided aside from this. We were provided with 2 dishwasher pods for an entire week. The toilet paper was very low quality and there were about three rolls for three bathrooms to last the entire week. We recorded two rolls of paper towels which were very small and cheap for an entire week. Everything provided by the property management company felt cheap in quality like their only goal was to save a few dollars. The quality of service/goods provided by the property management company does not match the quality of the actual unit which was a great shame.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate you choosing Luxury Coastal Vacations and your 4‑star rating. We’re glad the property met expectations, was very clean at check‑in, and matched the listing photos. We’re sorry the starter household supplies fell short for a weeklong stay and that the quality didn’t match the unit. We provide limited starter items for short stays, but that clearly wasn’t sufficient for your reservation. We’ll follow up with our housekeeping and supply teams to ensure adequate quantities and higher‑quality toiletries, paper products, and cleaning supplies are provided going forward. If you’d like to share any additional details about what was missing, we’d welcome them via your Vrbo message. We hope to host you again. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Condo is beautifully furnished and very spacious. Awesome views! Large balcony! Very convenient and short walk to the beach. Huge kitchen with every appliance you need. Make sure to bring your own spices, coffee, etc. Perfect size for our group of 7. Had starter kit of supplies (dish detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, travel size soap, shampoo, conditioner) which was helpful. Comfortable beds and nice bath towels (beach towels not provided). Loved having a private grill and hot tub on the balcony. Very clean upon arrival. Our children are preteen and teenagers, they enjoyed all the amenities from the slide, lazy river, pools, fitness center, cafe. Rented beach chairs and umbrella from the on-site vendor prior to arrival. Was set up and ready for us each day. Super convenient! We got lucky as there were extra beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler in the condo so we didn’t have to go out and purchase those. The property management company was not very thorough in their communication with us for check in. Had to reach out to them before our arrival to get check in details. Helpful if they could provide a welcome email to include parking instructions, a list of starter kit supplies provided in condo, list of appliances, and how to dispose of trash. Overall, fantastic experience. We highly recommend.
