Stunning views from our 24th floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen and Twin over Full bunk in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 13.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family beach trip

Enjoy the whole trip & beautiful condo! Indoor pool was not always heated but it was majority of the time. Hot tub was very nice! The outdoor pool/slide/lazy river was fun my children loved! Only problem we had was our dishwasher was not working didn’t realize it till like 3 day in our trip. Texted Jill & she had maintenance come out & look out & replaced dishwasher the next day! Had a lot of fun the whole time we were there & would recommend everyone to stay there! Just bring your own toilet paper/papertowels/dish soap! You only get 1! Condo is finished very beautifully

Great condo on the beach!!

The Phoenix ll condo was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Check in process was easy. The pools and lazy river were kept so clean, the entire property was very clean. Beach access just right off the boardwalk and beach service was great! We would definitely stay here again! Communication was great as well. The only thing I would recommend for future guests is to bring some extra dish towels/rags and dish soap for kitchen.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. No complaints was an enjoyable experience all around and the unit was in great condition.My only complaint is the security guard who shut down the water slide almost every day for several hours when he saw kids not following the rules. I get that rules need to be followed, but he handled it extremely poorly and was rude at times. Other than that, great time all around!
