Room was clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf of America. Building was close to the water. Pool and lazy river were great. Lots of good food close by. We had a great time. Would definitely rent again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building was in great shape. Was surprised by the $65 per vehicle parking cost that was not disclosed until a few days before check in. The listing should have had that included along with the beach rules, so folks really know what they are getting. We use a sun shade we have for several years and had to move it about 20 yards from the shore. I guess the umbrella rental folks pushed for that law. Probably won’t be back to Alabama beaches.

The place was exactly what we needed for a last minute trip to the beach; there was plenty of room for our group of 11. Minor cleaning issues, the dryer takes several cycles to dry, and the pans could be replaced, but nothing that affected our stay. We played, made memories, and laughed ALOT! The lazy river, slideOverall, we would stay again!

The beach view was great. The amenities were great. Parking was pretty easy. You do have to pay for a parking pass which was not disclosed at booking. And only 2 cars are allowed. The unit was overall dirty and had an odor that smelled like ketchup. The dryer needs maintenence, or to be replaced. The blankets are stained and look unsightly. The housekeepers do not take pride in their job and you can tell. Lots of debris under furniture and baseboards dirty. The floor was dirty but there was no dustpan for use. The pictures make it look immaculate, but is not kept up to the photos standards.

I booked this condo for a girls week with my daughters and granddaughters. The condo is centrally located, close to everything we wanted to do. The facility was clean and well organized, spacious enough to have our own “quiet time” as well as “game time”. If I’m ever in the area again, I will book it again! Very happy with our reservation!

The condo was filthy toys and beads all over floor in one room/popcorn candy wrappers in another. Master had stuff under the bed! Carpet in den had candy on it stuck to it! Bathrooms were spotless kitchen well stocked! Furniture needs steam cleaned or replaced in den! Dust & fix under furniture. Host was nice beach view was great! Pool was nice! Condo is very nice just dirty

I would replace the chairs in the living room because they could be a potential hazard. Also, we had a 21 month old and the toys were easily accessible to him with small pieces. If it weren't for his little hands, we wouldn't have had any problems. Also, maintenance handled a toilet handle problem very promptly. We loved the location and space.

The inside space was amazing for a family… and right on the beach. All the conveniences of home… especially in the kitchen! Just make sure to bring your own beach towels!

We had such a wonderful stay. This is our 3rd time renting at the Phoenix condos and this is the best condo we've rented. My kids LOVED the toys and books and we appreciated how clean it was. We especially appreciated that the condo was without sharp corners on the furniture and breakable decor! The building facilities are in great shape. Highly recommend. It was great. The cleanliness was okay. We founded popcorn and cheerios in the living room floor when we got there. Then keep finding other item during are stay like animal crackers and balloons in the bedrooms. Empty beers cans under the beds. Other than that it was great and nice stay.

It was clean and well provided with basic supplies, and the beds were super comfortable. Plenty of comfortable living room seating, and a great beach view on the balcony with patio table and chairs and chaise lounges. We would be happy to stay here again someday.
