Come see why this 3rd Floor Phoenix Orange Beach condo is the best for your family!

Our condo is perfectly situated on the 3rd floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, kitchen with upscale appliances plus a Cuisinart coffee maker, Keurig and Lenox China, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

A Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect for our week long stay. There were six of us so we were two to a room and two per bathroom. We loved having parking on the same level as the room. It was just a short distance from parking to the room. None of us care for being up too high so the third floor was perfect! We had a great view from the spacious balcony. Beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this rental.

For the Price - you can do better overall

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon check-in, we walked into a pool of water coming from the built in ice-maker, stained carpet, stained couch, and a broken outside chair - so one less to eat at the table. The description of the kitchen amenities (we cook every night) was bogus. For example, the knife butcher block did not have all the knives. Two coffee pots, only one carafe. The master toilet leaked from the handle a bit. The unit wasn't cleaned very well. There was grit on the kitchen counters that we wiped down upon arrival, for example. The place just seems neglected. We did call for maintenance to fix the ice maker, which they did. The beach proximity is great. That is a plus. Fitness area - no complaints. Lazy river - pool area: no complaints other than we are fairly certain Hampton Inn guests from next door were using the area, as well. The condo is spacious, the bedrooms suited our needs. We made the best of it because we were at the beach, but next year - we already booked at Turquoise for roughly the same price.

PHOENIX ORANGE BEACH UNLOADING AND PARKING

The condo was beautiful and our stay was great. The only exception to this was the unfavorable way to off-load personal belongings at check-in and also the 55. Per vehicle parking charge. There is not a safe/secure place to off-load your luggage and personal belongings and groceries at check-in. The slant of the parking garage and trying to off-load belongings into the carts, is a bit dangerous especially with traffic flowing through the garage as well as the cart trying to roll downhill while you are trying to off-load. There needs to be a flat area/15 minute off-loading area available. Also you don’t need to charge your guests for parking of two vehicles. I understand if you have multiple vehicles…..over two, I agree with the charges. But I paid 3 x 55. For our vehicles to park….and one of the vehicles only parked in the garage for a few hours one day. This was ridiculous.

Great time, even with Francine

Property was as advertised, 3 large rooms and roomy living area with plenty of seating. Great view of Lazy river below and the Ocean. A few cloudy days which were even better than the sunny ones, still enjoyed the beach with chair rentals. Kids loved it as well as adults. Also great places to eat all around Orange Beach.

Absolutely loved the property and the room! It was so clean and I loved the fact that the security guards actually did their job! The lazy river and slide were a huge hit with the kids! We will be back!

Excellent!

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in, it was a dream. On-site, covered parking steps away from the unit was fantastic. Every employee we encountered at the property was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and so spacious! Our kids enjoyed the TVs and wifi during downtime and they loved sitting out on the balcony with us to eat and watch the sunset. Beach access was convenient, and the lazy river and indoor pool were a great way to enjoy the water while taking a break from the sun. We could not have asked for more!

Great Location on Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a Spring Break vacation on Orange Beach. The location was great. The parking garage is convenient because you can park on the 3rd level and be right next to the condo. The condo was nice overall. There were a few little things, but they were small and we didn't call about them. There were a few lights out and the ice machine had a bad smell. But the smell went away when I ran a cleaning cycle and we didn't use it anyway, so we didn't want to mess with having them look at it. Overall very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it.

Moldy Jacuzzi Tub

If you are planning on staying because of the jetted jacuzzi tub in the primary suite then don't. The moment you turn the jets on mold comes out. I tried cleaning it myself but it just kept getting worse so I tried emailing the email address they game me to contact them with if I had any problems and I still haven't heard from them. It was one of the main features we were looking forward to. The rest of the condo was fairly clean. The "private" beach is too small for the amount of rooms there. It gets overcrowded quickly.

Wonderful location, TERRIBLE treatment by Phoenix Rentals

Orange Beach is a wonderful vacation place for families! The condo itself was beautiful and the staff at the lobby was helpful and kind. The pool and beach access were clean and well kept. I would visit the area and this building again in the future! I will not, however, rent through Phoenix Rentals ever again. I was appalled at the treatment I received from the customer support/rental manager when I called with a concern on our second day. We got in on a Monday afternoon. On Tuesday morning I found marijuana in the drawer just under the sink in the master bathroom. There was paraphernalia and cannabis in the drawer. I called the property manager (Phoenix Rentals), to inform them of the find. At first my most pressing concern was the fact that there were illicit substances in an easily accessible drawer and that we had 4 children in the unit under the age of 7. All children are old enough to reach this drawer. With the exorbitant host/cleaning fees I had expected Phoenix Rentals to have more concern regarding their cleaning services. I was wrong. At first I was told that I was just looking for a money grab. There was no concern or sincere apology for the fact that there was marijuana in my family's condo. There was no concern that the cleaning service missed this. I was told "it's just one drawer and we won't take away the cleaner's money for that." Again, there was no concern or compassion for the circumstance. Phoenix Rentals continued to ask what was left in the drawer, it appeared to be a container of cannabis and a grinder. When I told the man what I found, he continued asking for more details. When I had no further details, the man with Phoenix Rentals said "well you have to tell me what's there, I don't do drugs, but it sounds like you do, so you tell me." I was completely taken aback by this accusation and never received an apology for being called a drug user. I spent my morning being berated by Phoenix Rentals and speaking with the local police department because of this ordeal. I was never offered any compensation and was never offered any compassion from Pheonix Rentals. This was an extremely poor experience and I do not feel Phoenix Rentals did anything to rectify the situation, even after notifying the owner of the condo himself. Very disappointing.

We had a great time! The listing was very accurate in its description of the rooms and the kitchen. The parking on the same level as the room was fantastic! We enjoyed the pool and the lazy river well as the balcony and the ocean view.

Golf trip

This was our group’s second time staying in the condo. Condo was not as clean as it had been on our first visit last October. Furniture had not been dusted and there was black mold in the master bath. Simple repairs had not been made…ie a pull on a dresser drawer in the master bedroom had not been installed. The condo is well equipped and is in an excellent location.
