The condo was exactly as the pictures show. It was very spacious and clean. The beds were all comfortable. The view from the balcony was awesome. We saw dolphins the first two days before Tropical Storm Bertha decided to roll in.

Lovely condo with plenty of room for our family stay. Great beach and lazy river was fun. Plenty of parking and elevators. The kitchen is very well equipped which is great.

Plenty of Space

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 1104 was just as described. There was plenty of room in the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We liked the well light corridors to each unit and the ease of elevator access. For parking, we travel with a carrier on top so we had limited parking on the first floor of the garage. It would be helpful if signage indicated that the first level was for oversized vehicles so that smaller cars/trucks/SUV’s would know to proceed to higher levels. The pool/lazy river/slide was a hit with our grandkids. Our only suggestion would be some attention to cleaning the pool deck with a power washer to remove some built up gunk. Overall we would return to this condo and unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was no blender in the condo and the coffee maker was a little dated. I told management that the sink faucet is very loose and was unable to move it from side to side. The living room furniture can be either deep cleaned or replaced. The rugs are not clean and honestly I would rather no rugs because I know it is hard to keep those clean at the beach.

Lacking for price point

We have stayed at this resort in the past and it was great. The beds were uncomfortable, worst bedding we have experienced. Fridge was missing shelving. Lacked basic glassware and flatware. Overall I wouldn’t stay at this unit for what we payed. I hate leaving a negative review but they need to invest in better linens, and the basics when you pay nearly 500 per night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great stay at Phoenix Orange Beach unit 1104. The condo was beautiful, clean, plenty of room, and had everything we needed. Had no issues at all. We usually have issues at resorts with slow elevators, but we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. Will definitely be back! Easy access to the beach. Great place to stay!
