Come see why this 17th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 17th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,771 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen for sleeping up to 12.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $65 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

2025 Family Beach Vacation

The condo overall was superb. The beds in the condo were horrible. I literally felt like someone had beat me up after the first night. It was like sleeping on a table. This would have been a truly excellent experience if I was actually able to sleep. Every adult with me felt the same. Folks go on vacation to get rest and relax. Please invest in some better mattresses for this condo.

It was clean and well equipped. The TV in the den area didn’t work properly despite a lengthy communication with tech support. A work order was submitted but no one ever contacted me or came to the location.I had a loy of trouble figuring out how to follow all the check-in directions online, being in my mid 70s.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful and worked well for our family of 11. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The location was ideal to the beach and restaurants.We spent one day without electricity or running water. That also meant that the toilets were unable to be flushed. I called the woman that was listed in our confirmation email at 8:30 am and left a message. She did not return my call. In the meantime time the condo was uncomfortably hot and we had water coming in through the lights in one of the bathrooms. We called again to let them know of our discomfort but were treated as though it was no big deal. The condo sent maintenance to our room and we were told “just don’t turn on the lights.” They did bring fans and a humidity machine. However with 5 machines it made our condo very loud and difficult to talk. There were cords and a drain strung across the floor. We also had a toilet that was leaking at the bottom with no help. We are disappointed that half of the time we stayed here we had issues. It’s super disappointing to spend that much money on a condo to have such major issues and there was zero follow up.
