The condo was perfect for a quick weekend with friends! We enjoyed our time, especially on the balcony for morning coffee or dinner in the evening. The elevators were pretty quick and it’s right on the beach! We will definitely keep this location in mind for future visits.

Viva La Mar was by far the best beach vibe decorated condo I've stayed at. It had an amazing oceanfront view and was in an excellent location in Orange Beach. We were there during hurricane Isaias and had to evacuate for two days. Communication with Lina was great. She kept us informed about about what was going on and let us know when we could return.

First time to Orange Beach, Alabama. My husband was proud of me for selecting this condo for our three night stays. Love hanging out on the balcony and just chilling on the comfortable furniture provided on the balcony. Will definitely pick this condo again if ever come back. Was expecting the beach to be clear and green or blue, but got murky brownish water like Galvestons beach.
