End Of Summer Low Rates - Amazing Beach View Condo - No Cleaning Fee

Low rates for open dates remainder of 2025. Our three bedroom, 2 bath unit for 6 people provides the ultimate vacation experience. This beautifully appointed condo is an eighth floor corner unit (4807) with a wrap-around balcony that lets you see the white sand beach and the beautiful Gulf waters, We also have a view of our gulf side pool and beautifully landscaped grounds. There are several picnic areas with grills on the property along with tennis courts, an exercise room, two outdoor pools, shuffleboard and a gazebo. The indoor pool offers changing rooms with walk-in showers as well as a sauna and steam room. The condo has 3 cable TV's and free Wi-Fi Internet service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the master bedroom an adjustable king bed. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CONDO RENTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY IN JUNE & JULY.

Our goal is to offer you the absolute best value in direct Gulf front accommodations.
You can drink your coffee in the morning on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The sleeping configuration consists of one adjustable king in the master bedroom; one queen in one of our guest bedrooms:and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There is a bathroom with walk-in shower off the master bedroom and a second bathroom in the hallway by the two bedrooms.

Kids love our complex because there is both the beach and a nice grass area to play on which most condo complexes lack. With both indoor and outdoor pools; a tennis and pickleball court; sand volleyball; and Adventure Land right across the street there is enough to keep all ages entertained.

Our complex also offers a meeting room with a full kitchen for family reunions, wedding receptions, and business meetings for a small fee. We see many weddings taking place each year from our balcony. Why not be married on the beach in our gazebo and then use our beautiful club house for that special reception?

Perfect Holiday Stay

This place is exactly as described! Great location to everything you could want! The best deck with a great view of the ocean. Owner was easy to reach with questions, and on top of things! Very Good Condo for family

The property was as presented in the photos and description. Not the newest condo, but clean, nice kitchen, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, and a great balcony with a gorgeous view that makes you forget any small imperfections you may have noticed inside the condo.

Wonderful vacation

The condo (while older) was extremely clean and fully stocked. There were lots of plates, cups, pots, pans, etc in the kitchen along with garbage bags, dishwashing soap, towels, and more. All we had to do was unpack our food and we were ready to enjoy! The property landscaping was beautiful, both pool were clean and access to the beach was quick and easy. We will definitely be back!

Had a wonderful time at the condo. Everything you could need for your stay. The balcony is huge and the views are amazing. The indoor heated pool is currently not available. Just incase that’s something that is important to you.

Great beachfront condo, plenty of room!

Everything described in the listing was accurate during our stay over an early Spring Break. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and the view was wonderful. Easy access to the beach. Check in/out, parking was super easy. There's no soap, shampoo, etc. so bring your own. Plenty of markets nearby.

Lovely place

We loved the location of the property!! Beautiful view from the porch. The lock box would not close after we got the key out. We were unable to reach the owner but I understand she was very ill. It just made it difficult at check as we didn’t want to leave the key in a lock box that would not close. Ended up leaving the key with the front office. I would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful time at condo, beach, and surrounding area. Balcony view is breathtaking and can watch the sunrise. Activities nearby booked with ease. Enjoy dinner at The Gulf and short drive to Flora-Bama, both cool places. The condo was clean and well stocked. Great location. Our AC was broke when we arrived, but the guys worked on it and came back Easter morning with a part needed and had it up and running again. Owner is responsive and quick to answer any questions. A few changes in the condo compared to the pictures, but a great place.

Beautiful view. Great communication with owner. Beds were comfortable. The furnishings are outdated and showing wear. Balcony furniture is an accident waiting to happen, rusted and falling apart. The entire condo was dirty, it hasn't been cleaned properly in a while. We still enjoyed our stay and would consider future bookings with some improvements.

We live in Illinois but make as many trips to Orange Beach as possible. We bought at Seaside because of it's family atmosphere and the beautiful grounds that most condo complexes lack. My adult children love to golf and there are several excellent courses in the area that are not too expensive. Our friends with small children love the nearby dolphin cruises and we often see dolphins from our balcony.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo 25 years ago and love the Orange Beach area. We never get tired of visiting our favorite stores and restaurants or trying the new ones that open every year. There are plenty of things to do if you don't want to spend all your time at the beach, both for adults and kids. Some favorites are the Little Zoo That Could; the Naval Air Museum; Adventure Land; shopping at the Discount Mall, taking the ferry across Mobile Bay and visiting Fort Morgan. A new Amusement Park, OWA, has opened in Foley - about a 20 minute drive from us on the Beach Expressway. Check their website for information www.visitowa.com.

What makes this property unique

Everyone is so friendly in Orange Beach. There are many local restaurants and small gift shops so you don't have to go to any 'chains' and the local shrimp is out of this world!! Within a couple of miles the State Park has great walking and biking trails and it's famous fishing pier. You can rent bikes, kayaks or a Segway at the State Park. No need to drive more than a few miles to find everything you want.
