Also, there is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 full beds in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 50'' Smart TV in living room, a 50” Smart TV in the master bedroom and 43'' Smart TVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!! All floors are porcelain tile and laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
