Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!



Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,500 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



The views are amazing from this 10th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, a King in the 2nd bedroom, a 2 Queens in the 3rd bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room. There is a 70'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and 40'' HDTVs in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have installed all new beds, living room furniture, granite countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.



Parking: Two parking spots come free with your rental. If you need an additional spot you will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. Three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We spent the week between Christmas and New Years. The condo was clean, as listed, and had great views of the beach. We had a wonderful stay. It was also conveniently located to grocery and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation stay

We had a great stay this past week at this rental. The rental was exactly as listed. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and it was enough space for all. The beach and view was really nice. We used pool indoor and outdoor pools which were very clean. We used the BBQ pits as well which were nice. We had one issue in our condo during our stay and the property manager was very response and had someone out to look at it and fix the problem very quickly. Overall I would stay here again and I recommend this rental.

Not being able to park our vans in the parking lot. We were told that if we had 3 cars, we would need to get an additional pass from the front desk. When we arrived, the front office would not sell us an additional pass and gave me a list storage places over 5 miles away from our condo to park one of our vans. We were traveling with 3 toddlers and a 10 year old so you can imagine the amount of stuff we had and car seats. We had to unload all of the vans and then take 1 to a storage facility over 5 miles away. It should have been made known to us that we would need to park over 5 miles away if they would not sell us another pass. I will not be renting from Phoenix again.

Good location but bugs were horrible!!!

We enjoyed the Phoenix vii location and facility. This unit though needs an update. It is ok but if you are looking for something perfect, look for another unit. It also has an issue with cockroaches. We called our second day after a few spottings and they sprayed, a few day later we were still seeing them. They did spray again but we were still seeing them on our last day! Not what you want on vacation. For this reason, we do not recommend this unit. We will return to this complex but not this unit!

Negatives: Furnishings outdated, ice maker broken, knob on guest bath not attached, kitchen table uneven, Lazy Boy inoperable, dryer door dented requiring slamming to operate,no mops for wet floor,elevator delays (sometimes only 2 operating as workers would "lock out" elevators for their use,with people "trapped inside" on two occasions and LOTS OF BUILDING work/noise constantly for 4 weeks w/o prior arrival notice.Location great but condo needs attention.

Balcony door broken & unit needs TLC

Very disappointing stay! Sliding door to balcony is broken & won't open. Only access to balcony was through bedroom. Reported issue multiple times & when they finally sent someone 3 days into stay it could not be fixed. Microwave worked intermittently & clothes dryer door won't close properly. Furnishing & beds are not "updated" as listing stated. I would not recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoy the Phoenix properties. The pools, access to the beach, beach chair services, location are all reasons to stay at a Phoenix property. Our group included 3 teenage boys and 3 adults. The boys loved being able to play basketball on the courts dedicated to the property when we had down time. The unit itself was a ok standard unit and large enough to accommodate us. It could use a refresh and a deep cleaning. The patio lounge furniture is worn out and not useful, the slider kept getting hung up when trying to open it, the inside decor is dated but ok. The cleanliness of the unit was not up to my standards and we spent some time cleaning before getting comfortable and we did not have linens for the sleeper sofa for my nephew. I will say when reported to the management company, they were very responsive to my feedback and took actions to resolve immediately. Overall, we enjoy the Phoenix properties and will stay with them again, although in a different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is right on the water and the amenities are just as pictured. if you are staying in Orange Beach you won't find a better place! The only negative was there was no stocking of the condo. We didn't have any toilet paper, soap, sponges, dish soap, or laundry supplies. They required us to run the dishwasher but didn't provide us with anything to make that happen with. We were exhausted from traveling and had to go to the store to stock things up. Overall would recommend!

The condo is very spacious, nice size rooms and well furnished. The unit we were in could use some TLC but overall no major complaints. I would stay at Phoenix Properties again if I return.
