The condo was exactly as advertised. Well-equipped with everything you could need for cooking and eating. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and were supplied with more than enough pillows, towels, etc. So many family friendly board games that the kids loved! The view was beautiful! Both indoor and outdoor pools were very nice and clean.

The condo is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. As a bonus, the kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed breakfasts on the big gorgeous balcony, and we loved hanging out in the kitchen. The proximity to Flora-Bama was fun as well! We cant wait to visit again.

We have always enjoyed going to the gulf coast and have had many special memories there. We love relaxing at the condo and also enjoy the many activities available in the area. Our friends, children and grandchildren have all enjoyed it with us.

Why they chose this property

Everyone has a special place, we would like to invite you to ours. We have family and friends in Alabama and Georgia so it is perfect place to meet and enjoy time together. Phoenix X is in a great location close to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. We have owned this condo since the building opened and love the location.

What makes this property unique

A favorite place to relax is on the lounge chair on the balcony. The relaxing sounds and views are great. The Alabama end of Perdido Key is uncrowded and it is enjoyable to walk along the beach any time of year.
This unit is the only one we own. You can see from the many reviews that we take pride in the unit and care about each guest's experience. You will find attention to detail and a quick response from me if you have any questions or needs.
