Thank you for the feedback. I’m sorry the main bed wasn’t comfortable — that should not have happened. We’ve shared your note with maintenance and the owners. We’ll inspect the mattress, bed frame, and foundation, and replace the mattress or add a mattress topper/replace bedding as needed to improve comfort. Please message us through Vrbo with your reservation dates and any details about the issue (too firm, too soft, sagging, etc.) so we can investigate, address it, and confirm the fixes. Thank you for letting us know.
