Welcome to your ultimate Orange Beach escape! Silver Beach #405, is a beautifully updated, beachfront condo on the 4th floor offers the perfect blend of coastal comfort and convenience. Wake up to stunning ocean views and spend your mornings on the private, furnished balcony enjoying the salt air.



With two spacious bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) and a cozy sleeper sofa in the living room, there is plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. Two full bathrooms ensure ease of refreshing after a day in the sun. Your beach vacation is made easier with a fully equipped kitchen, in unit clothes washer & dryer, and an elevator.



When you're ready for the sand, a wooden boardwalk provides direct access to the beach. Take advantage of the available beach umbrella and chair service (seasonal and optional, paid, on-site service provided by a third party vendor) directly in front of the condo for a perfectly shaded spot by the waves. If you love a pool, you are in luck! The gulf side pool has a large sundeck for relaxing.



After a day full of coastal adventures, you'll love returning to the condo's peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Best of all, you are just a short walk from fantastic local dining and minutes away from grocery stores.



Important Pet Information: While our condo is dog friendly up to 25lbs (limit 1 - additional $125.00 pet fee per stay), the beaches of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are NOT - with the exception of a dog friendly beach at Fort Morgan. Dogs on leash are allowed and welcomed on the bayside of the Fort Morgan peninsula between Quarantine Wharf and the Fort Morgan Fishing Pier. There is also a lake-side off leash dog park available in Gulf State Park by Lake Shelby.



Parking: Your reservation with us does not include any parking fees. Silver Beach requires guests to register with the HOA and purchase parking passes ($40 per stay) directly from the HOA. Instructions will be emailed to you prior to your stay. One parking pass will be available for purchase; a second parking pass may be available for purchase if lot is not full. There is a 2 vehicle max (if second space available). No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed. Please reach out to us if you need information for overflow or oversized parking.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking. Security deposit required of $300.
Minimum age to rent 25. No unregistered guests allowed. No smoking or vaping. No parties or events.
1 dog under 20 lbs allowed with $125 fee.

The Host Tanya was the absolute best the personal notes were so loving and snacks were such a welcoming touch. My family and I enjoyed everything. The room was very clean and we LOVED IT!!!!

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. Everything was clean and the kitchen area had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was great to work with and communicated quickly and efficiently, which was greatly appreciated. The pool area was well kept, the water clear, and the beach was groomed. We will definitely consider rebooking in the future.

The condominium ii gorgeous. The owners were very detailed is providing little touches to make our stay enjoyable. We had trouble getting the TV to work. Janet, the owner came over on a Friday night and fixed it. She is very friendly and delightful. We will be back!

Silver Beach 405 was a fantastic place to stay. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Beach access was incredibly easy, and the view from the unit was beautiful.They did a great job packing a lot of comfort and convenience into a cozy space. The showers were excellent, the appliances were updated, and small touches like having filtered drinking water and ice available in the freezer made the stay even easier.Overall, Silver Beach 405 felt clean, modern, comfortable, and well thought out. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The condo and the host, Tanya, were awesome. As advertised, the condo was well appointed, the views were fabulous and we were close to everything. Arrival and the parking process was easy peasy, went right to the condo. Everything was clean and ready to go, they even supplied Keurig coffee pods, soaps/shampoo and detergent. Tanya was excellent as a host, great communication throughout the entire process and she even spent some of her own time sending us recommendations of things to do since it was our first time in the Orange Beach area. As a former beachfront condo owner and rental manager, I really appreciated everything about our experience. We will be back!

For Starters - My host Tanya was the best person I’ve ever interacted with when renting a property. She went above and beyond ( day or night ) to help with anything I needed & I needed a lot this trip . I will always stay at This condo anytime I’m in Orange Beach. The Condo is beautiful, it’s definitely a home away from home & the community within was super friendly.. If you’re looking to stay in Orange Beach , Look Mrs. Tanya up , She’s amazingly thoughtful and Professional as it gets .. 5stars all day long ..
