This beautiful completely renovated direct gulf front 2BR/2BA Silver Beach 605 unit offers a great space to enjoy the beach, friends, family and Fido!. Enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the sun rise, dolphins swim, and listen to the gentle waves on the sand from your private beachfront patio/balcony.

The comfortable master suite has a king size bed, balcony access and an en suite bath with a newly tiled tub/shower combination and updated cabinetry and counters. The second bedroom has a Queen bed perfect for a second adult couple or kids. The second full bathroom also boasts a gorgeous newly tiled walk-in shower and updated cabinetry and counters. Both bedrooms feature blackout curtains for the late risers! The living area has balcony access, a queen sleeper sofa, and blackout curtains. The updated full kitchen has beautiful new cabinetry, new countertops and new stainless appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. The dining table seats four and the breakfast counter offers two additional seating options.

Both bedrooms and living area have large flat screen smart tv's with streaming and cable options. There is free Wi-Fi access for your convenience.

Guests can enjoy the sugary sands and turquoise water via a short walk out the building. There is a beachside pool with plenty of room to sunbathe. There is also a BBQ grilling area available to guests. New elevator installation has been completed!

Silver Beach is ideally located within walking distance to several grocery stores, souvenir shops, shopping centers and restaurants.

**Pet policy: A pet agreement with copy of vaccination records and non-refundable pet fee ($150 per stay) is required for all guests requesting to bring their pet. Must be signed before booking is approved. **

1) Renter’s dogs are limited in size to a maximum of 20 pounds each.
2) The number of dogs is restricted to one(1) in peak season (Memorial day to Labor day) and two (2) in non peak season (after labor day to before Mem day)
3) Pets are not allowed on the Beach or within the Pool Deck area.
4) Pets shall not be left unattended on the balcony or in condo unit.
5) Pets shall not be allowed to create a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance or noise.
6) Pet owners shall be required to clean up after their pets and dispose of in appropriate outdoor receptacles. Pet stations and bags are provided in the pet walk areas. Permitting a pet to relieve itself in any common area (buildings, elevators, walls) other than the pet walk area is prohibited.

Security cameras: the property management has surveillance cameras scattered throughout the complex in the common areas and parking lot. There is also an exterior view doorbell camera on the unit. Any attempt to obscure, redirect or interfere with cameras will result in cancellation of booking without refund.

*****Parking is very limited therefore only 1 parking space is guaranteed for $40/stay. There is paid overflow parking available close by. Vehicle registration should be completed prior to arrival.
