Welcome to 401 Silver Beach, a fully updated•Direct Gulf & Beach-Front Condo in Orange Beach. This sought-after East End Corner Lower-Floor Condo offers the most Breathtaking spectacular Panoramic Views from sunrise to sunset, all from your large private wrap-around balcony with direct beach and private pool access just steps away. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like the beach is truly at your fingertips. In fact, one does not even have to leave the balcony to enjoy the day and relax!

This Luxury, beautifully renovated, 401 Silver Beach Condo, is fully updated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, with a maximum of seven adults. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bath with quartz counters and a glass enclosed walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, while the third bedroom includes a queen bed and an XL full bunk bed. A hall bath with quartz counters and a glass enclosed tub/shower combination serves the additional bedrooms.

The open-concept living area overlooks the Gulf and is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring a leather recliner, sectional sofa, dining table seating for five, and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The fully upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, white granite countertops, and everything needed for preparing meals at home. The condo is equipped with four TVs, WiFi, solar shades, blackout curtains, full laundry and thoughtfully selected Neutral Designer Finishes Throughout, creating a true luxury home-away-from-home experience.

For your convenience, the condo includes designer linens, comforters, pillows, eight sets of bath towels, blow dryers, ample kitchenware, a traditional coffee maker and Keurig, blender, as well as starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, cleaners and Cascade-Platinum dishwasher tablets. USB and electrical extensions are also provided for your devices. Guests are asked to bring essentials, HE washer detergent, beach towels, and flashlights for evening walks along the shore.

*Pet Friendly: This is one of the few pet-friendly units in the area and welcomes one dog under 25 pounds with prior owner approval. Include full pet details when request to book. A pet photo, vaccine and flea treatment records are required before arrival, along with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. HOA pet rules are provided and are strictly enforced. The one-pet rule is HOA enforced during the busy Memorial Day through Labor Day season.

401 Silver Beach is Centrally located on Perdido Beach Blvd. The area offers ample shopping, traditional fare, dining opportunities just across the street and near by. Coastal Alabama Venue is just doors away! Minutes to Cotton Bayou trails, bike path, nearby golfing, outlet shopping and marinas for all your water pleasures. Fly or Drive, we are Just 45 minutes from Pensacola airport, 15 minutes from Gulf Shores Airport and 45 minutes from I-10 and Baldwin Beach Expressway. Area annual festivals and events include The Shrimp Festival, Mullet toss, Hang-Out festival, German Festival, Mardi Gras, Cultural Arts Center, OB Recreation center, Pet Parks, OWA recreational, pickle ball and waterpark, Dance hall and Music Concerts at The Wharf and more entertainment!

This condo unit, including balconies, are a NON-smoking condo, this includes no vaping, drugs, or any type of tobacco product. Primary applicant must be above the age of 25. There are no exceptions. The location provides a splendid view of the beach next to the property and the extended beach from the side window in the living room. The condo was clean and functional, the beds were comfortable and big. We truly enjoyed the stay.

We loved our week in this rental. It was exactly as described. Everything has been thoughtfully curated and well maintained. The location is close to everything. We especially enjoyed going to the restaurant and gift shop a few doors down, CoastAL, for supper and drinks. We mainly just enjoyed reading and napping on the beach. Would absolutely rent this unit again.

Spectacular home

Darlene was the best host and her home was perfect. The appliances were state of the art and her home was comfortable and beautiful! The kitchen was organized and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We enjoyed the corner balcony so much. The lounge chairs were comfortable and the sunrise was spectacular. The access to the beach was easy and close! If I had any questions she answered so quickly. I loved her help! So sweet to talk with. We will be back!

Great place, great location

We had a wonderful experience staying here. It has been recently renovated and everything was nice and clean. The owners made the booking and check-in very easy. The location is great and there are convenient places to shop for groceries and go out to eat. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The washer and dryer worked great. They were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We will definitely be coming back here. Thanks again.

Little slice of paradise

Gorgeous updated ocean front condo. Darlene and David were amazing to work with. Very clear instructions for checkin, the stay, and departure. Owners checked in on us the first day and were very easy to reach and communicative throughout our stay. Location was fantastic. It was our first time to Orange Beach so we didn’t know what to expect. Not only is the condo ocean front, but there are a ton of places to walk to within 0.50 mile. Starbucks, a donut shop, ice cream, restaurants, a Walmart grocery store (with normal prices not beach town pricing), a surf type shop and more. This is the ideal location! Complex pool was very nice. No noise complaints. Definitely recommend and we would stay there again!

A MUST STAY!!!

This is hands down the nicest property we have ever stayed in at the beach! We have come to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for many years and never stayed anywhere so nice. The towels were amazing- I’m even ordering the same brand for my home! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need! The washer and dryer work beautifully and made it to where I had no dirty clothes to come home and clean when we got home! The view is gorgeous. A nice boardwalk and easy walk to the beach. It’s close and convenient to everything! Darlene was so kind and responsive to any questions I had. We WILL stay again as long as she’ll have us!

AMAZING CONDO!!!

Amazing!!! We've stayed in tons of condos in OB and THIS CONDO is the absolute BEST hands down!!! Super spacious and super comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need to cook, bake, broil, grill, etc. The beach is steps from the condo and the grounds are clean and inviting. This condo is dog friendly, and the dog area is right near the elevators so no hot pavement to walk on for your pooch which we appreciated so much. Clean up bags are readily available. Carts are on every floor! The condo is beautiful and clean, and the balcony is PERFECT. THIS IS THE BEST CONDO IN OB! Darlene is amazing to work with for your best reservation ever. So happy we found Darlene and her condo!

Balcony view is amazing!

Condo was great and just as described. The balcony had the best view to lay on the lounge chairs and watch the ocean and people. Darlene is very attentive and communicated with me the whole time. We even got to check in early which helped us out tremendously. We had a small dog with us and she even had fun. The condo was very clean and we didn’t have any problems with doggy smells like previous places we have stayed. The building was well maintained and the lady taking care of the grounds does a great job. There is only 1 elevator since the other is being repaired right now but it didn’t cause us any issues. The walk to the beach was so close and easy. Rental chairs right out front to make it even easier. We stayed a week for spring break and would recommend this condo to anyone looking.
