We spent a long weekend in 305 and loved it. The location is great, the property was clean, very convenient to parking lot and beach. Being on the 3rd floor was nice, no wait for the elevator and stairs were right by our door. The condo had a lot of items to use on beach. Chairs, wagon, and toys. I would stay here again.

Great place! Check in was very easy, great communication. Perfect view of the beach and pool. Only thing was both showers held water and wouldn’t drain. I took the drain plug out and there was so much hair in the drain. I cleaned it all out. Maybe the cleaning company should check these monthly. Other than that, it was a great condo. We will definitely stay here again and also recommend it to friends!

We enjoyed our time at this property. Easy access, great view of the beach. The sofa bed was the only issue, it was hard to sleep on because of how uncomfortable it is and all the squeaky noises it makes. Everything else was excellent. Would stay here again.

We love how close it is to the sand and ocean. Many places are "on the beach" but still have long walks on a boardwalk or something similar. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great weekend! Highly recommend this condo!

We enjoyed our stay! Probably the cleanest condo I’ve ever stayed at! Very convenient location for food and shopping! The walk down to the beach is a breeze! We are already looking at booking here again! We had 8 adults and 5 babies under 2 and we were all super comfortable!

Lovely beachfront condo

This condo was absolutely perfect! One of the best rental experiences we have ever had. We loved the big balcony overlooking the pool and drank our coffee there every morning. We will definitely be back!
