Beachfront Townhome #28 Amazing Location-Directly on the Gulf, Family Friendly!
Gulfside Townhomes is a family friendly, low density complex with 250 feet of private beachfront. No high rises on either side, the white sand and clear blue water are breathtakingly beautiful! Great central location, within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, The Hangout, Grocery Stores, and many Souvenir Shops. There is also a large Outlet Mall close by and some fun Thrift Stores!
Family friendly townhome with a nicely landscaped grassy courtyard in the center of the u-shaped complex and large in-ground pool, is hard to find just steps from the beach! Enjoy the convenience of a private Charcoal grill and comfortable chairs under the unit, with one of the largest beach side pools in Gulf Shores!
Recently updated, this 2 story unit will sleep 8 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1150 square feet, and covered parking for 2 vehicles directly under the unit.
There is no one above or below you, just walk up 1 flight of stairs to the first floor with an open layout including living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry. Living room has a private balcony overlooking the large pool and grass courtyard with a beach view. The pool gate is literally two steps from our unit. You can watch your kids swim from our balconies!
There is also a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" Smart TV. The Dining room table has comfortable seating for 6 people. The kitchen has updated cabinets, countertops, new sink and is fully stocked to meet all of your needs.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the pool with a beach view, private bathroom, king size bed, sitting area, and 32" Smart TV.
The second bedroom also has it's own private bathroom, a queen bed, bunk beds, a pack-n-play available in the closet, and a 26" flat screen TV.
The bedrooms have new flooring and both bathrooms upstairs have been recently updated as well!
Our family has enjoyed Gulf Shores for many years - it's a place where you can enjoy all types of entertainment, unique shopping, and delicious local dining. For us, the main attraction is it's beautiful white-sand beaches where friends and family gather to enjoy the clear blue water and many exciting water activities.

Our family has vacationed in Gulf Shores for many years now. We live in central Illinois, and love to vacation on the beach! We've found the white sand beaches in Gulf Shores to be the most beautiful and family friendly of all! We also enjoy all of the fun things to do within walking distance! We have extended family members who also own in the area and we have enjoyed their vacation homes in the past. However, recently, we had the opportunity to purchase this townhome, partnering with our daughter and son-in-law. They have four children and are in the photo above. We enjoy watching our grandchildren play on the beach, swimming and fishing and look forward to many more years of vacationing in Gulf Shores, AL.
Why they chose this property
We really love the beach house feel of a townhome, with no foot traffic above or below. The small complex has a community feel, with the pool and courtyard in the center of a "U" shape. The location is absolutely perfect with the complex being beach side and within walking distance of the Shrimp Festival, The Hangout, and a variety of other restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. We have made many memories in Gulf Shores and are excited to make many more at our new home away from home.
What makes this property unique
It is so nice to be able to watch your kids swim in the pool right from your balcony. In the past, we've stayed in places where the pool was across the street, but our set-up couldn't be more convenient or family friendly, with the pool and courtyard located right in the center of the complex, and the beach only steps away!
