Relax in this Gulf Shores home with private pool, located on West Lagoon Ave. This home offers so many amenities. Lovely 3 bedroom house with a partial view of the Gulf or The Lagoon from 3 balconies, near public beach access, 4 TV's, VCR/DVD player, DSL, BBQ Grill and your very own salt water pool. There is a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a table that seats 6, and two additional bar stools at the kitchen counter for added dining. The spacious living room has a sleeper sofa for added sleeping accommodations, as well as 4 chairs, and a beautiful armoire with a TV for your enjoyment. Below this home is ample space for parking your vehicles and just a few steps away from a play area for the little ones, with a sand box. A small walkway leads to your private fenced in salt water pool, with spacious deck area for sunning, relaxing, and entertaining. Listen to the waves breaking on the snowy white beach while sitting on the large balcony in the evening. This home is truly your home away from home in all aspects. Your walking beach access is across from 12th street. There are public beaches that you can drive to and park. FREE WIFI. This is a non-smoking, no pet home. This Gulf Shores private home is located at 1269 B West Lagoon Ave. approximately 1.9 miles west of Hwy 59. NO PETS! We do make an exception on the pet rule for monthly winter rentals only. Please contact us for more info!

PLEASE CALL TO BOOK WINTER RENTALS! Monthly reservations made online will not be confirmed until a reservationist reviews the booking details and verifies that the pricing is correct. If there is an error you will be contacted! Also, in order to avoid same day booking we do not allow reservations to be made online if booking within 48 hours of arrival. Several of our rental properties do have a nightly minimum requirement. If the calendar shows a property is available but you are unable to book online, please feel free to contact us!

Sufficient and good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place meets the needs if you're just looking for a place to put your head down. Location is one block off the beach and you have a privet pool which is nice. The house itself is lacking. Furnishings are outdated and uncomfortable. Even the cushions on the deck have nothing left in them, but the beds were sufficient. Ceiling fans and vents have a lot of dust on them so room for improvement but overall it was "clean". Happy to have in unit washer and dryer. Quick response when dishwasher was leaking.

Beautiful house in a great location

The house was in excellent condition and very clean. The pool was a very welcome addition. The location is great- beach access is very easy once you have the lay of the land. Our only issue, which has nothing to do with the owners, is that we visited over spring break and the rental property next door happened to house a group of loud spring-breakers partying until 1am each night which sometimes made getting my kids to sleep an issue. Again, not an issue with the property owners, but something to be aware of during the Spring Break period. I'd love to come again outside of spring break.

Awesome

The house was awesome! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the kids. We only had a few request. Please provide paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, garbage bags, and umbrellas at the pool. July is too hot to not have an umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Mr. and Mrs. Miller

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great. I feel that the cleaning company needs to be more thorough. We had multiple fake eyelashes laying around the house including on the pillow in one of the twin beds. There was also sand on the sleeper sofa when we pulled it out and it was enough that we took the cover off and took it outside to shake it all out. The pool was very nice but would have been nicer if the light in it worked so we could have been able to see better after dark when swimming.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our getaway so much! The house was well maintained and exactly as the listing described! It was located perfectly from stores and restaurants wich was such a convenience with out 4 kids! We will definitely consider staying here again!
