Welcome to Sun Dreams II East! This charming unit is the east side of a two unit duplex conveniently located across the road from beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores! You can enjoy gulf views from the covered front porch as you sit and drink your morning coffee, or while relaxing after the day's events. The unit offers covered parking and you can access everything West Beach has to offer on foot! You are within walking distance to Waves grocery store, Island Ice Cream & Treats, and the Beach House Restaurant. You are one mile from Lagoon Pass Beach, which is perfect for the little ones to play in the sand and water.

Sun Dreams II East features three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, half bath, and master bedroom are located on the main living level of the house. The master suite is furnished with a king size bed and TV and has its own bathroom attached, while the two guest rooms are on the second level with a bathroom to share. One guest room is furnished with a full bottom and twin top bunk bed and an additional twin bed and TV. The 2nd Guest room is equipped with a queen bed. Sun Dreams II East is just 2 miles from the intersection of Hwy 59 and Beach Blvd. The property also has private deeded beach access across street.

The outdoor shower for rinsing off after an action packed day at the beach is under the home at ground level and has hot and cold water! Picnic table and grilling area are located in the back of the property as well. The newly installed pool is ready for lots of fun in the sun and awesome memories of your vacation. Please note that the pool is 3-5 feet deep.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations made that do not meet this criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Vehicle Registration Tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. 2 cars maximum.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Stayed here with a group of friends during the Sand in my Boots festival. Walking distance to a store and restaurant, as well as short driving distance to other places. Beach access is directly across from property. Pool was perfect but didn't see a net for scooping debris. We were lucky to have great duplex mates in the unit next to us, walls seem to be decently sound proof from what we could tell. There was a bit of an ant issue but it did not damper our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay! They have recently painted and everything was very clean. Views from the front porch were great and an easy walk across the street (even with a toddler and all of our stuff) with private beach access. Note the pool is not heated so it was a little chilly in October but it didn't slow the kids down. We will definitely book here again!!

We had an excellent time here. Everything was so clean and the pool sure did come in handy with the ocean being double red flagged 95% of our trip. We still had a nice time on the beach. We got married

We rented this place cause we wanted to have beach access and get married. The access to the beach was across the street and easy to get to. We had friends and family over and had plenty of space under the carport. Highly recommend for any kind of stay. Certainly would stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was impressively very clean and quite spacious. It was perfect for our family of four. We had a private pool out back that we shared with the neighbors, who were super nice. The managing company was very friendly and accommodating - there were half the amount of towels/washcloths that were stated so I contacted them to make sure I did not get charged & no questions asked. Great location just across the street from the beach. Could have used some amenities such as trash bags,cleaning products and maybe some pool toys, umbrella for pool area, beach chairs. We stayed here months ago back in April and it was the best time. Our Six year old loved the bunk beds and the access to the beach was perfect. We only had to cross a street to get to the water. Everything looked exactly as it looked in the photos and it was simply a good time. We’d love to come back and stay again. We even had family visit for a few hours and the space accommodated everyone with no problem. We were able to cook and play games and see them off without a problem. I highly recommend this stay. It’s great for dogs too! The ONLY thing was the pool was so cold. The ocean was actually warmer, but that’s such a small thing. I’d pay extra though for a pool that was heated. We watched our neighbors enjoy their pool without issue while we struggled because it was so cold. Still it was a 5/5 stay. Thank you!

The property is comfortable and well equipped, including laundry facilities, but beware if you plan to stream TV, watch online or work from this unit. The WiFi is as bad as previous reviewers state. While marked as a private pool, it’s shared with the Sundreams II West unit, so hope for good neighbors. Location and property management services are good.

We had a very nice visit. The beach is beautiful. The unit has been nicely updated and was clean. The beach is directly across the street. I would have given 5 stars except that the kitchen is lacking in the pots, pans and utensils. Be sure to bring kitchen cleaning supplies as the management company only provides one dishwasher capsule and no sponge. Another weird thing is that there were no mattress pads on the beds. With the unit updated it seems as though just a tiny bit of additional effort, this place could have been 5 stars.
