Seaglass Beach Cottage is quaint, comfortable and close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. Enjoy the privacy of a cottage while still only a block from the beach. Walk to shops and restaurants. Popular spots including the Hangout, Gulf Place, souvenir shops, mini golf, ice cream, etc. only blocks away. This updated cottage offers 2 bedrooms - each with a queen bed, one full bathroom, a kitchen, living area, and large covered front deck. The kitchen is equipped with large and small appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. There is a washer and dryer inside the property. Come ready for a relaxing vacation in Gulf Shores!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.

* Amenities include free WiFi, 3 smart tv's, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor covered deck with picnic table.

* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.

* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

Small enjoyable place

Excellent fit for two people, no ocean view, but just a block or two walk to the beach. Since this place is off the main road there is little traffic to worry about. Short walk to some nice restaurants.

This property was conveniently close to many activities.

From the time of our arrival we found this property to be just as listed. The check in process was simple as the home was nice & clean. The environment was a safe place with a family feel to it. We were able to rest here, and whenever we decided to leave for outdoor activities, we were always able to find a variety within walking distance. I’d definitely stay here again.

MUST BOOK!

My husband and I took our one year old here for a beach vacation. This cozy home couldn’t have been more perfect. It was the perfect size for us. Not only was the home itself clean and comfortable, but the location couldn’t be more perfect! You get a “quiet” feel away from traffic but still walking distance to anything you will need- beach included! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.

Relaxing Getaway for the familu

This is our 3rd time to this area. We love it down here. The spot is perfectly close to everything, no matter which direction you are going. The place had the basics in the kitchen to make your own meals. Each time the property manager has always been quick and easy to reach when needed. We will be back again.

Great Spot for a family of FOUR!

Spring break 2023 was great! My wife and daughter and her friend had a great time in Gulf Shores. The only complaint would be the new build next to us. They started at 6:00 every morning and it would have been nice if the owner would have communicated that so we could have decided if we wanted to stay somewhere else. Other than that it was a great week.

Nice, Cute, Close to the beach

Absolutely loved this little place. It was pretty spacious, very clean, and just a 4 Minute walk to the beach. We went for girls weekend and it was big enough for the 2 of us. It’s close to many restaurants and some shopping centers. The TV was neat as we could watch Roku as a guest. The Hangout which was a 6-7 minute walk was playing live music all night. It was nice to hear it on the porch! Definitely recommend this place if you are wanting cute, close to everything, and a spacious space to stay. The only issues I had which are very small… were there is no handle in the shower and apparently it can get pretty slick. So just be careful. My other thing was the beds are a little uncomfortable but still manageable. Just something to get used to.

Location is worth it!

I only stayed for a couple of nights. First, I want to say that the location is incredible. You are able to walk anywhere you want to. Parking is nice and easy. Easy access to the beach. The home is a great size and I enjoyed our stay. That being said, there were some things that surprised me based on the amount we paid per night. We were surprised to see a large water pipe blocking the driveway as we arrived. We know this is out of the hosts control but would’ve liked to have been notified of it because we were unsure if we could drive over it. Inside, there are roach traps throughout the house. I understand roaches are a common thing, but the traps startled me. The state of the shower could use some updating. The shower hooks were rusted and the shower curtain was slightly dirty. When showering, the water doesn’t drain properly and becomes a hazard with the standing water. My husband unfortunately slipped and cut his finger pretty badly. Curtains on the windows in the bedrooms would be appreciated to keep out sunlight in the early mornings. Beds are ok. Amenities were great. TVs worked well, AC was great too. Overall it was worth it for the location but could use some updates.

Shops were near by and very easy access to gulf state park! Very clean and quiet area. Easy check in and has all amenities as listed.No view other than other rentals and Waffle House . No beach view . Easy walk to beach. Area around rental now has more rentals on sides than picture shows. I would stay again for location and quietness not for view.

Long Weekend Getaway

This property is conveniently located and as listed is easy walking distance beach access. It was the perfect space for 2 couples. The large covered porch is an added bonus for when the weather isn’t ideal or just to relax on. Overall cleanliness of the property was excellent upon arrival. It would be helpful for there to be a small broom provided on property to clean any sand that’s tracked inside the throughout the stay.
