Prime Beach/Lagoon Location! Walk to beach and restaurants!

Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bunk bed (twin over full sized). The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required. Enjoy views of the lagoon from the front deck.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

*Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
*Kitchen appliances (toaster, drip coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
*Charcoal grill (one per unit).
*Wi-Fi and Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
* A “supply starter pack” including one laundry soap, one dishwasher tab, 1 kitchen trash bag, starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, and mini bath soaps. Guest should plan to bring extras depending on length of stay.

It was a last minute decision to go to Gulf Shores for a tournament and we needed a place to stay. I was very fortunate that this place was available and how close we we were able to get to everything we needed. The owner was very open and friendly and communicated well. I appreciated her warm welcome. The home is beautiful, faces a lagoon and it's a short walk to the beach. The area is quiet. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The only issue we had was a leak in the upstairs bathroom, but the owner was super responsive and had it fixed the next day. Take towels with you- there’s a limited amount. And if you plan to cook, you’ll need all the things. Pam spray, spices, etc. The house was clean and easy to access. The beach is super close, and the whole area is beautiful!

The house was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the open floor plan for eating and spending time together. It was a great area to come visit , I’m sure we’ll be back. There’s so much to see and do here and not enough time . Our host was kind and courteous .

This place was great. The only things I can stay could improve are:- the water pressure in the showers is terrible- the water does not get very hot- if you have more than 2 people make sure you bring extra TP.If I ever come back to this area I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family! We decided to extend our vacation last minute and moved to this location. Had everything we needed- fully stocked kitchen for serving and cookware Appliances were nice quality. We’d had enough of eating out so happy to be able to cook our usual meals. Enough hot water to handle 7 people showering. Very clean and spacious. Host was friendly and quick response time. A/C was great with limited humidity. Washer and dryer on ground level was exactly what we needed. Location perfect to access beach and walk to restaurants, ice cream, etc. would definitely stay here again! Comfortable patio furniture. Kids loved playing hide and go seek with the unique setup. Only con was some issues with remotes which could’ve been user error but we were out and about most of the time anyways.
Used to grill gulf shrimp.
Fam favorite hiding spot
Able to walk to beach for great crab hunting
Hide and seek- very clean space!
