Restored tiny bay cottage with lots of character, amazing views, sunsets, and all of the comforts of home. Located on a quiet, wooded lot on a private road. 1 private bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite full bathroom. There is also a full size pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening meal on the private covered porch with some of the best bay views around. Bring your cast net or fishing rods to use on the private pier. Beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops and all stainless appliances - equipped with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal. Public beach/Gulf access about a mile away. Several popular restaurants minutes away as well as Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Still in driving distance to all of the main Gulf Shores attractions - 15-20 minutes away.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck with table, private pier.
* Linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap in bathroom.

Peaceful and Qauint!

Super smooth process all the way through! Communication was perfect, home was as described. Very clean and everything we needed! Views of the sunsets were amazing! Peaceful and comfy! Close to the Fort, Tacky Jacks, Fort Morgan pizza and others. Trip to town was short if needed. All appliances worked great. The only “con” would be the sliding glass door was hard to open. This is so minor but I feel needs to stated. It feels very private and is enjoyable. The pier was sturdy and the bench at the end faces West: perfect for sunsets!

Perfect!

This property was perfect for our weekend. The cottage was exactly as described in the ad and the pictures were exactly what the property looked like. It was clean and very comfortable. I cannot describe how relaxing it was sitting on the porch and hanging out on the dock. Our Easter morning was amazing as we sat on the end of the dock and attended Easter services via our electronic device. What made it even more awesome was that within 5 minutes of arriving, we were greeted by a passing dolphin. We can't say enough about how much we needed this weekend and this property could not have been better!! Thank you!

Your remodel and choice of decor is excellent! The cleaning company that you are using is not taking care of your property and it made the house seem different from the pictures. No one is changing the bed sheets/comforter or cleaning the tub/shower, floors. Also cleaning that cottage should take more than 35 minutes. I used to clean hotels and work for merry maids so I can tell whats up;) Otherwise the neighbors were nice and everything was as expected! You and your adorable cottage deserve better!

Relaxation by the Bay

This is such a sweet little cabin. We have stayed twice. Breakfasts on the deck are my favorite part; however, the addition of an indoor table was definitely welcome during a round of severe weather. The empty lot next to the cabin makes it feel secluded. It is also a great spot to watch birds and dolphins.
