Perfect oceanfront 3 bed/2 bath, with a spacious upstairs loft. "Dune It Well", located in Fort Morgan, AL, has been recently updated to accommodate up to 12 guests. The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, king bed, and oceanfront view. The guest bedroom also has an oceanfront view with a king bed. The living room sits in the middle of the two "master bedrooms", and all share an oversized deck that overlooks the ocean. The deck is surrounded by white sand and is very spacious with plenty of room to take in the ocean breeze and enjoy the sun. Stairs from the deck will lead you to the waters edge that you'll discover is the perfect distance from your beach house. The 3rd bedroom has newly built in bunk beds, a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk. The living room has an open feel to it because of the large windows and 25 foot ceiling that also covers the upstairs loft. The picture windows and patio door provide a beautiful view of the water and it gives you the opportunity to keep an eye on the little ones while sitting indoors. The loft allows more space to spread out and it contains a queen size bed and futon as well. The home has five tv's, two of which are brand new smart tv's, so streaming video through netflix, hulu, or amazon is easy, just remember to log out prior to your departure. The location of this property is ideal, as it is under a mile to the nearest restaurant/bar, Tacky Jacks 2, easily within walking distance. Fort Morgan is 2.5 miles away, Mobile Ferry is 2.1 miles, and Sassy Bass restaurant/grocery store is 3.2 miles, Kiva Dunes Golf Course is 6.4 miles, and Gulf Shores is about a 25 minute drive, just to name a few. Under the house is unique in that the surrounding sand dunes offer protection from the sun and wind. the large concrete decking underneath is a perfect area for kids to ride scooters while the adults enjoy the shade. I believe you'll make some great memories here at "Dune It Well". We typically only book from Saturday to Saturday.
