About this property

OCEANFRONT home. Oversized deck will lead you to white sand and blue seas.

Perfect oceanfront 3 bed/2 bath, with a spacious upstairs loft. "Dune It Well", located in Fort Morgan, AL, has been recently updated to accommodate up to 12 guests. The master bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, king bed, and oceanfront view. The guest bedroom also has an oceanfront view with a king bed. The living room sits in the middle of the two "master bedrooms", and all share an oversized deck that overlooks the ocean. The deck is surrounded by white sand and is very spacious with plenty of room to take in the ocean breeze and enjoy the sun. Stairs from the deck will lead you to the waters edge that you'll discover is the perfect distance from your beach house. The 3rd bedroom has newly built in bunk beds, a full over full bunk and a twin over twin bunk. The living room has an open feel to it because of the large windows and 25 foot ceiling that also covers the upstairs loft. The picture windows and patio door provide a beautiful view of the water and it gives you the opportunity to keep an eye on the little ones while sitting indoors. The loft allows more space to spread out and it contains a queen size bed and futon as well. The home has five tv's, two of which are brand new smart tv's, so streaming video through netflix, hulu, or amazon is easy, just remember to log out prior to your departure. The location of this property is ideal, as it is under a mile to the nearest restaurant/bar, Tacky Jacks 2, easily within walking distance. Fort Morgan is 2.5 miles away, Mobile Ferry is 2.1 miles, and Sassy Bass restaurant/grocery store is 3.2 miles, Kiva Dunes Golf Course is 6.4 miles, and Gulf Shores is about a 25 minute drive, just to name a few. Under the house is unique in that the surrounding sand dunes offer protection from the sun and wind. the large concrete decking underneath is a perfect area for kids to ride scooters while the adults enjoy the shade. I believe you'll make some great memories here at "Dune It Well". We typically only book from Saturday to Saturday. Also, We highly recommend purchasing Travel Protection offered by vrbo through vacationprotection.com

Perfect home, AWESOME stocked kitchen. Never had a kitchen so well stocked with nice things. Rooms were all great, we had absolutely no complaints. Even the twins loved it. The porch was used so very much also. Enjoyed our coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evening. And can’t brag enough about the driveway. You won’t regret staying here.

My husband, myself and our chihuahua enjoyed our time at the house. The high ceiling brings in all natural light and the great view of the ocean. The location of the house is perfect. The powder white sand from the back patio to the beach feels amazing. We loved it and plan to come back soon.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was decorated beautifully and it was amazing to be able to walk out and have the beach right there! If you’re looking for a somewhat secluded and relaxed beach vacation destination, this is it!

Spring on the Coast

Location is fantastic! Beach is beautiful and you are on the beach. Family-centric area. Spacious home. Property is showing some wear and tear from previous renters but nothing that bothered us. WiFi allowed me to take Teams video calls. Beds were comfortable. No complaints. Would recommend property

We love being right on the beach

This was our second year renting this property. The view and distance to the beach is hard to beat! House is large and very roomy. Kitchen is well stocked. We loved spending time on the very large deck when we weren't on the beach, we seen dolphins several mornings.

Great Place to Vacation

Our 2nd visit to this house and looking forward to our 3rd! Fantastic place and location. Our friends couldn't believe the view! Only negative was sliding glass door. We had a couple of ladies that needed assistance to get it open when they wanted outside. But that's fixable.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at this rental home in Fort Morgan. The location was perfect for a family - right on the water with such easy beach access. Only things I'd point out for consideration is make sure you bring you own laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Also, 2 of the sliding rooms off the bedrooms are completely unfunctional. The sliding door off the living room works but is extremely difficult to open. Overall, we would definitely visit again!

Great house in Fort Morgan

This was a great experience. It was all family (4 families actually) and we enjoyed everything about the house and property. This is one of the few properties with direct beach access off of the back deck. Floor plan of the house is perfect. The ONLY issue with the house was only 2 bathrooms but that worked out. Check in was great thanks to the people of Fort Morgan Property Management. I could not be more confident to recommend this house.

We had a wonderful time. The only downsides... no shade on the deck, the sliding doors were almost impossible to open, and no ensuite for the 2nd master bedroom. Otherwise, perfect!

A small piece of Heaven

Our Jamaica trip was cancelled this summer so a good friend recommended Gulf Shores. I found this gorgeous little house and it was available the same week we were supposed to be in Jamaica. I fell in love with Gulf Shores and this perfect little house on the beach! The views were spectacular and my morning coffee on the patio listening to the waves crash were like no other! The kids aged 8-15 loved the nightly walks catching crabs and the boogie boarding during the day. The house was open, spacious, clean, comfortable, and was well equipped with everything we needed! I loved the little community and all the neighbors and guest around us! We will be booking here again next year! Gulf Shores and this perfect little house will be hosting family vacations for many years to come!!!!!
