Duplex Property where you can rent each 3-bedroom home separately or both units with 6 bedrooms at the same time.

Each side is two levels with 2 bedrooms and complete bath downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs along with the living area, dining area, and kitchen. There is access to a half bath off of the kitchen and a spacious walk in shower in the master. Balconies are on the front and back of house to view the ocean and the bay. Boat slips are available for your use at no additional charge.

Great Property!

Our family of six (and two dogs) enjoyed Thanksgiving week at Southern Peach East. The property is beautiful, with inviting porches, water views and lush green spaces. The beach is across the street and the dog beach was just a few minutes down the River Road. I can't say enough good things about the hospitality and great communication of our host! She was wonderful! Our family highly recommends this property!

Wonderful location

This house was very clean and everything was nice and organized. We used the pool and grill which both worked nicely along with the boat dock was useful as well.

We make frequent trips to the Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Pensacola area and we usually get one or two water accesses but with this house you get pool, bay, and beach access from one location.
