Perdido Key Waterfront Home with dock on canal, Gulf right across the street

Located in Perdido Key Coves, a private waterfront community, with WiFi, this 3 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath house with additional outdoor shower is perfect for your vacation. Being in the middle of the State Park is ideal with no development on the Gulf to block your view. There is a crosswalk to the quiet beach and just a 5 minute walk with dedicated beach access where you can find seashells, swim, go fishing, watch the sunrise and take amazing photographs of the family having fun. Very spacious primary bedroom and bath is on main floor with large tv. Two more bedrooms upstairs, one with a king size and full size bed. The other with a queen size and a full size bed and a bathroom located in between. An open, spacious living area with 55" flat screen tv, dining room table that seats 6 and large kitchen with bar that seats 4 contains everything you need and opens up to a deck with table and 4 chairs and 2 rocking chairs overlooking the water with a dock and 6 teak chairs with 2 umbrellas to relax on the dock. There is also a hammock, 2 adult bikes and 4 beach chairs for use.

We had a great time on our trip! The place was clean and in great condition! The location was perfect and away from the crowds. Short walk (5 min.) to the beach was worth it! Never crowded!

Great Location to Beach and Bay

We brought our boat and were able to dock it at the house which was great. The walk to the beach is very easy and the state park has very few people. One afternoon we had the beach to ourselves. Loved the house and the stay.

Family beach getaway

Perfect place to meet up with our adult kids and enjoy a week at the beach. The back porch, hammock, and dock were a hit. Loved watching the fish at night. A 4 minute walk to the beach was a definite bonus.

Great location for a boat

We love bringing our boat and being in the canal is a perfect spot because we are close to the bay and the beach. Not far from boat launch. This was our second time to stay here and plan on coming back again if possible

Waterfront house

House was welcoming and well appointed. Located on a canal to the Ole River with state park beach access 2 blocks away. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home!

One of the best vacations in years! This property is awesome and everyone from 17 years old and up loved it! Fishing every night from the dock and walks across road to the beach. Quiet and in fantastic neighborhood. Property was in outstanding shape! We will book again and the owners were great hosts.

What an incredible vacation home

When our grown sons arrived for our annual vacation their response was “dad outdid himself this time”. Perfect location and the accommodations were amazing. Crabbing and fishing off the dock, taking the boat out or walking to the beach, were so easy to do. 2020 we’ll book it again!!!

Great Vacay!!! Two family’s with kids and we had a great stay. Owners communicated well and place was very clean. House was recently remodeled as well. We pulled our boat right up to dock and everything was a quick boat ride away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect in Perdido

The house was a great fit for our family. The State beach was short walk and due to limited parking the beach was sparsely populated. The dock was an outstanding area for the children to catch pin fish and small crabs. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for all of your cooking needs and the common space was quite ample. Overall everything we could have wanted.

Well equipped kitchen. Nice deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue grill to enjoy fishing in the canal. House needs some updates. There was a construction next to the house.

Having grown up in this area, Perdido Key will always remain the most beautiful beach in the world to me, grew up watching the Blue Angels practice overhead every week and lived for those walks in the sand, collecting sea shells, crabbing, fishing and swimming and boating in the Gulf and on the river or bay.

Why they chose this property

It is the perfect island destination for fishing, (go to myfwc.com for fishing license and regulations), boating, (you can dock your boat right behind the house for easy access), surfing, skiing and walking on the beach. This is a quiet area that is right in the middle of Perdido Key State Park, close to NAS (home of the Blue Angels) and downtown Pensacola, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Nearby Galvez Landing is convenient for launching a boat.

What makes this property unique

Being on the water is so soothing, nature's therapy, with just a short walk over to the beach, making it ideal! Whether enjoying the view of the water from the deck or fishing from the dock, it is always enjoyable. The open, large floor plan allows the whole family to spend time together comfortably.
