There are multiple boat ramps to launch your boat. Close to Walmart, Grocery stores, Pirate's Cove, Pensacola Beach, Landshark, Fort Pickens, Peg Leg Pete's, Hub Stacey's, Florabama, Pirate's Cove, Orange Beach, Joe Patti's, and Downtown PCOLA all within minutes. Bring your boat, kayaks, SUPS, poles, friends, family, and enjoy the sunshine, blue water and sugar sand beaches. Pensacola Pass to the Gulf is a short boat ride away. Perfect for fishing, swimming, hiking, kayaking going to the beach or just relaxing reading your favorite book. Stream your favorite movies. Watch the dolphins play in the lagoon!

The space

This house is conveniently located between Perdido Key hotspots and the calm waters of Big Lagoon. This is an outdoor paradise, no matter what sport you enjoy. Or stay in the air conditioning an enjoy our lovely, cozy home. If you're looking for a night on the town, Downtown Pensacola has a lot to offer such as Jacko's, The Fish House, watching the Blue Wahoos, live music, and outdoor markets.

Guest access

The garage and one upstairs closet is the only part of the home that is not accessible to renters. We provide 2 sets of clean sheets and pillow cases, towels, washcloths, hand towels, body soap, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. Please bring your own BEACH TOWELS!!! There are plenty of garbage bags provided so please empty the garbage every night. Garbage day is on Wednesday.

Our group came in for the Blue Angels weekend Matt was an absolute wonderful host that wasVery informative , easily reachable by phone, and easy to work with!! We will be rebooking this home again!!We were able to dock two bigger boats and a smaller boat with ease-Pool was nice to come jump in after long day on the water!! House was laid out enough for everyone to have plenty of room!! House has washer and dryer so we could wash all the beach towels with ease!! Winn Dixie and Aldi all within easy 5-7 min drive

What a great place to stay! We had everything we needed and then some! The house, pool, dock, beautiful beaches! Matt was a great help in giving me tips for local places to go, and the trip was everything we had hoped for and then some. I hope to be back again sometime!

The space was good for the number of people we had with us. The location, dock for fishing, the on-site pool, and water view were all plus’s and what made us book the place for our family vacation. However, there were quite a few issues (i.e. broken patio furniture, no pool side seating, no ladder off the dock as seen in the listing pictures, pool hadn’t been vacuumed, TV remotes weren’t labeled and many didn’t work with the TVs). The owner addressed the furniture issue and had the pool vacuumed after VRBO was contacted. There are many positives about the home (size, location, views, pool). However, there are areas that can be improved for minimal cost (i.e. all bath towels need to be replaced; they smell like mildew even after washing multiple times. Not enough silverware; there were only a few forks and spoons).

Awesome house in an excellent location!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Perdido Key. The owners let us come in earlier on the day of check in due to the hurricane. The house is in a excellent location…by boat or car! We will definitely be back to visit.

Wonderful vacation

This home was perfect for our family. We all enjoyed the pool and the convenience of fishing from the backyard. The kids hardly wanted to leave to go to the beach because they had so much fun at the house.

Spacious home on a quiet cove just a short boat ride or 10 minute car ride to all the beautiful beaches Perdido Key has to offer! We enjoyed many meals on the patio and game nights inside. There are 3 large family areas- 2 living rooms- 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, a large dining area and large kitchen with lots of counter space for all the chefs to move around comfortably. It was a great home and a great location!

We currently reside in the SF Bay Area and are enjoying our home in Perdido Key every other month. Eventually, we will move to Florida permanently. For now, we would like to share our little slice of paradise with you.

Why they chose this property

The nice thing about this location is it is far enough from the summer beach traffic, but very close to the beach, the Gulf, shopping, and downtown Pensacola. If you have your own boat, kayaks, or SUPS then the fun begins right in our backyard. Convenience, pleasure, enjoyment, and excitement!!! It's all about easy and that's what this property is about. If you don't want to go anywhere, float in the pool and have a cook-out with your daily catch! Or, sit in the fantastically cool A/C and put your feet up. If you like good food and drinks, downtown Pensacola is the place to be.
