Brand new 5 BD, 5 1/2 bath home in Yacht Harbor - Sleep 16, close to the beach and boast views of the gulf and on Ole River side with Boat Docks. Less than a mile to Florabama. Community has Community dock w/some first come boat slips community pool & pickleball court. Close to FloraBama(less than a mile) Crab Trap, several beach access points w/parking, restaurants, grocery stores, OB & Pensacola. Elevator is availabe with a handicap certificate.
